~4 months later~
Today me and Harry are finding out the gender of are baby. I was scared because I was really big for four months. I shook Harry awake and he smiles at me.
"Today's the day baby" he smiles and kisses my belly. I smiled and kissed his head. I walked out of the room and zayn ran into me.
"Hey zaynie" I smiled and he hugged me smiling. I kissed his cheek and walked to the car. Harry ran out behind me and gets in the car. The whole time we're driving Harry's hand was on my belly. we went into the office and sat down as Harry signed me in.
"How far along are you" a young women who looked to be 8 months pregnant asks.
"Four months" I said and she looks at me shocked.
"Your pretty big for four months" she said and my name was called. I walked with Harry to the doctor's office.
"Good afternoon miss, Sheppard" the doctor smiles. Harry smiles and kisses my head. I laid down and the doctor lifted my shirt up and smiled.
He started the ultrasound. "Now here's the baby's heartbeat" he smiles. Harry looked like he was gonna cry. "Wait there's a second heartbeat" he said. Harry gasps and looks at me. Suddenly the doctor starts the full ultrasound. "Yup I was right your having twins" he said and I gasped looking at Harry. "Two girls to be exact" he said and tears ran down Harry's cheeks as he kissed me. The doctor cleaned my stomach off and I sat up.
"Twin girls baby were gonna have twin daughters" Harry smiles and kisses my head. I hugged him and smiled
Zayn's pov
Me and the boys sat on the couch as Harry and Bella walked in.
"We're having twin daughters" Harry yelled loudly.
"Your having twin girls" I said and stood up hugging Bella tightly.
