Chapter one A Cold Night!
I’m walking down the street and it’s freezing outside. That’s not even the worse part. It felt as if someone was following me. When I turned around, no one was there so I just kept walking. Then I heard someone talk. I turned around and still no one was there! Getting mad, I took in my wanderings and said if anyone was there to come out.
When no one came out, I started to walk again and that’s when I heard someone yell my name. They said that if I don’t stop they’ll kill me! I didn’t care there was no way I was going to stop. Instead I started to run. I heard them yelling for me to stop. They were also yelling at each other.
I saw an alley and ran down it hoping that I would lose them. That idea was lost when someone grabbed my hand. Turning around I saw a guy wearing black pants with a black shirt.
“Let me go!” I yelled.
However when he didn't let go but seemed hold on to me even stronger. I started to scream and struggled against my attacker. I kept telling myself that I had to get away before his friends got here. Otherwise all hope of me getting free would be lost. I gave up struggling and gave a bloody scream. It was so loud that it hurt my ears. Thankfully it caught him off guard. With that opening, I hit him hard in the chest with the back of my hand. He let go of me and had to back up a couple steps to keep his balance.
I ran out of the alley and saw a store. Running inside I went straight for the bathroom. When I got inside I locked it and sat down in front of door. When I was more calm I got out of the bathroom and went to the first cop I saw. I told him what happened and he took me home. Once I was home I went up to bed while he talked to my mom. Not really caring what he was going to tell her. My mother made sure that I never ever went on a walk alone after that. I either had a dog, friend, or family with me. The people never bothered me again.
