Today you were going to visit Joy for the first time and you weren't very nervous. You had met the rest of the Hood's and loved them dearly. You decided to dress casually so she wouldn't think you were fake. So you just decided to be you.

You stood in the mirror examining your ripped skinny jeans and Panic! At The Disco tank top. You retied your Doc Martens and put your black hair into a bun. Before you left you also made sure to check your black septum piercing and eyebrow piercing, something you usually did as a habit.

You and Calum headed to the Hood household, while you thought of the possible outcomes of this. But before you knew it you were there. You and Cal intertwined hands as he knocked on the door.

"Don't worry. She will love you." He said assuring me with a smile.  You nodded your head as Joy opened the door and gasped.

"What's wrong ma'am? Are you okay?" You asked worriedly, putting your hand on her shoulder.

"Get your hands off of me you filthy animal!" She spat. You gasped in shock at how rude she was being.

"Excuse me?" You asked bewildered. Shocked at this sudden outburst, Calum stepped in.

"Don't you dare talk to her like that mom. I can't believe you!" He yelled.

"I don't want this on my porch." She growled. You felt tears stream down your throat as you walked to the car. You buckled up as you heard faint yelling, yet you couldn't make out words by how hard you were crying.

Soon enough, Cal got in and slammed the door , turning the ignition as the truck roared to life.

"I'm sorry baby" Cal finally spoke up.

"It's okay babe." He looked down tears falling.  "Cal..I promise I'm fine." You assured him. He looked at you and pulled the truck over, unbuckling his seat belt. You furrowed your eyes in confusion as he got out in the rain. He walked to your side and opened the door pulling you into the rain with him.

"Calum what are you do-" You started but was soon cut off with a passionate kiss as you and the man you loved stood there, kissing in the rain.

Best. Day. Ever.
