Macy's pov 🐣
*during the battle*

I hear somebody yelling "ATTACK", "that voice sound strangely familiar" I thought to myself then i realized the voice was jacks! "he's here too save me" I thought but then I heard rustling at the door and Mason comes running in. "Macy are you okay?" Mason said looking really worried. "Yeah Mason I'm fine where is Jack?" ..... Silence greeted my words "he's being taken away on stretcher he got really injured but he'll be okay" Mason said after a while "we won the battle and we're going home" "that's great, let's go I'm so tired" I whispered. My mind was still on Jack. "I hope he'll be okay" I thought. Then we left to go back home.

*once they got home*

We finally got home, we took Jack to the pack Doctor who is helping to heal him. Since he's in a coma his healing abilities aren't working very well. I've been pacing at the door way for what felt like hours. Nobody was aloud in the the room not even me, his mate, or his parents. "Would you stop it already!" Mason said to me "I'm so sick of hearing your footsteps on the floor please just sit down" I sighed "okay it's just so worrying I really hope he's okay" "he will be" Mason said confidently. "How about we got get lunch and then we can come back. "Okay" I said hungry. So we left, after lunch we went and checked up on Jack and then we checked up on the pack to see how they were handling the news that their alpha was in a coma. They took the news okay it could have gone worse. Then it was time for dinner then after dinner; I just went to sleep.

*six months later*

It's been 6 months and he still hasn't woken up, I'm loosing hope that he will ever wake up. Nothing significant has happened in this 6 months, just that Mason is stepping in as alpha while Jack is still in a coma and that I'm still being Luna. I haven't been the same since Jack has been in a coma, but everything else is the same. "LUNA" Mason yells dragging me out of my thoughts "LUNA JACK IS AWAKE!" That really gets me up. "what?" I asked. "Jack is awake and is asking for you" Mason said quietly. "Oh" I said "i don't know if I can do this" I thought. It's been 6 months since i last saw him awake, but I go anyway. In fact I run like the room I'm in is on fire. I finally get to infirmary and I see Jack; he's just sitting there as if nothing had ever happened. He was perfectly okay... "Macy!" Jack says "hi jack are you feeling okay?" I said "yep I'm doing great!" He exclaims "but how long was I out?" It took me a minute to reply "6 months" "WHAT" he yelled "yep Mason took your spot as alpha while you were in the coma" I whispered "can I have some time to process this please?" He said "sure" and wig that I walked out of the infirmary.

Jacks pov🐺
*present time*

6 months...

6 fucking months I was out.

6 months that my pack could have got attacked in.

6 months where they could have died.

6 months where my mate could have died.

6 months where she could have found someone else.

6 months where I could have died...

Half a year...
When is saw Macy walk in with a broken facial expression I knew it had been a long time. Then when I asked how long I was out, silence is all I heard it took he a few minutes to answer like saying those 2 words could break her, and it's all my fault... If I didn't try to fight so many wolves at once... If I didn't get cocky... None of this would have happened. Because I got cocky, I almost died... I almost broke my mate... I'm supposed to love her and cherish her not destroy her and break her down... I'm only doing that though I'm breaking her... I'm not a good influence on her... I'm not the mate she deserves. I'll only hurt her in the end... But until then I WILL cherish her... I WILL love her... I WILL be there for her. I know I can promise myself at least that. So thinking about this I got out of bed and I went to find her, to apologize to her, to beg her for forgiveness, to say I'm sorry for breaking her, to love her. I finally found her in my room; she was just looking around. "Hey" I said
"Hi" she said
"I'm so sorry, I'm so sorry for breaking your heart, I live you please forgive me." I sobbed out
"Jack..." She said trailing off "I forgave you a long time ago i love you just as much as you love me"
With that I just hugged her, breathing in her scent telling her I'll never leave her again. Telling her she will always be by my said and that I'll always love her. With that we just went to call a pack meting about how in up and I'll be taking my alpha role back. Then the whole pack had one big dinner together and we all laughed and talked about stuff just catching up with what's going on in my life. Then me and my beautiful Luna went upstairs and snuggled then we went to sleep.
