You sat on your couch waiting for your boyfriend of two years to call you or text you or maybe even come over but he didn't and it was your two year anniversary

You sighed and called him

Y: Hunter?

H: hey baby girl

Y: hey Hunter are you uh coming over today? Or anything?

H: sure I can if you want me too
Y: do you even know what today is?

H: Friday

Y: no I can't believe you would forget

H: wait wait wait I got it April 5 no no no your birthday wait your birthday is y/bday

Y: forget it Hunter it must not be important to you if you'd forget

H: I'm sorry baby

Y: it's fine I'll talk to you tomorrow I'm gonna go to the movies with y/bf/n

H: ok have a great time baby

Y: you know what I'm just gonna stay home

H: oh...well I'll talk to you later I love you

Y: I love you too

You ended the call and sighed you couldn't believe he had forgotten about your anniversary when he was the one who kept reminding you two months before today you got off the couch and went to your room and changed into a pair of Hunter's sweats and one of his shirts

You tied up your hair and took off your make up then laid down you put in your head phones and closed your eyes you didn't have the music up too loud because you were the only one home.

Two hours later

You took out your headphone hearing the front door open you slowly walked down the steps and grabbed the bat that was in the corner you parents were here gone for a week so you didn't know who it could be besides Hunter but you told him you were sleeping

You walked into the living room and dropped your bat seeing it was just Hunter you sighed and he turned to you "hey baby" he said and hugged you "hi Hunter" you said not hugging him back

"What's wrong?" He asked "nothing" you said "I know that by nothing you mean that you are either mad at me, disappointed in me, sad, scared, hurt, I did something to make you sad or you don't want to see me or its something else wait are you on your period or are you pregnant oh my gosh y/n why didn't you tell me I mean you don't even look pregnant but I guess since you aren't even one month you can't tell" he said with his hands on your stomach

"Damn it Hunter I'm not on my period or pregnant...I think I hope not but that's not what's wrong what's wrong is you forgot our anniversary" you said he smiled

"Stop smiling" you said "baby it's not our anniversary" he said you sighed and sat on the couch "what do you mean?" You asked "our anniversary isn't until Saturday I would never forget our anniversary baby" he said you smiled and hugged him

"Wait are you sure?" You asked "I'm positive" he said and kissed you

You wrapped you arms Around him and pulled him on the couch so he was hovering over you he kissed down your neck and made five new marks "I love you baby girl never forget that" he said you lifted his chin with your index finger so you could look him in the eyes

"I love you too baby and I wouldn't give you up if my life depended on it you mean the world to me" you said he smiled and kissed you again "how did I get so lucky" he said

"The same way I did" you said he pulled away and kissed you on your cheek before picking you up and carrying you to your room he laid you down and took off his shirt and pants then laid next to you he wrapped his arms around you and pulled you closer to him.
