When I woke up that morning, Johnno was gone. Where could he go? I felt a weight at the end of the bed. I looked to see who it was. It was Johnno, with my breakfast.
"Aww." I said. "Your so sweet!"
"I love you." He said
"I love you too!" I said back even more passionately.
"here" He said as he handed me the breakfast. It had eggs, bacon, 2 sausage links,2 pancakes, two waffles and 2 cups of fruit.
"I don't think I can eat all of this breakfast Johnno."
"You weren't going to in the first place, I am going to eat it with you!" He made a childish grin. Did ever tell you that when he makes his childish grin, I swear sparks fly.
"Okay, but only on one condition, make that smile again." I said.
"Okay." He smiled his childish grin again. I laughed. Then he laughed. He sat down next to me. He bent down and closed his eyes, then he puckered his lips. I did too. We then kissed. Again. We ate and talked for a while. His phone rang, and he picked it up.
"Hello." He said. "Yeah, mom, I'll be there in a bit." He said in a whiny voice. "I have to go, I'll come back later or tommorow. I don't know yet. Love you." He said.
"Alright, I love you too." He bent down and gave me a kiss on the cheek. "Bye" I said blushing. He waved his hand goodbye and walked out.
"Veronica" I heard a raspy voice say. I turned to see who it was. It was Nurse Yolder.
"Yeah?" I said.
"Once your mother comes back, you are free to go." She said.
"Okay. I will have to contact someone before we leave too." I said. My mom walked in and Nurse Yolder walked out, waving goodbye to me and my mom.
"What was that about?" My mom said.
"We can leave now" I said excitedly. I got up and grabbed my phone from the table next to the hospital bed. I called Johnno.
"Hello?" I heard him say.
"My mom and I are on my way." I said.
"Okay. See you at my house. I love you."
"Love you too." I said. I got up and walked out holding the door for my mom.
"Honey, are you driving?" My mom said.
"Yeah sure, but I'm getting Starbuckles on the way there." I said.
"Okay." She said.
We left and I got in the car and grabbed the keys out of my mom's purse. As I was looking down I heard a loud boom and something cold and hard hit my chest.
"VERONICA!" My mom screamed. I saw her, but everthing was just too blurry to see.
"M-m-m-moo-mom" I managed to get my last words out before I passed out for good.
