Lunch, pt. 2

I see their ears twitch towards my direction, and they turn upon hearing me. They respond "Hey Black!" I see that Will is absent, and I look around the lunchroom to see where he may be. I see a lone German Shepherd sitting in the corner of the room, I turn to Flare and Kooper, quickly saying "I'll be right back, guys." I walk towards and sit right next to him, he was a bit surprised to see someone actually sit by him. He turns his gaze on to me, and his cute face catches my attention. "Uh, hey, my name's Caldwell," he says as he cautiously puts out his hand. I reach out and shake it with enthusiasm, and say my name. "Hey, Caldwell, I couldn't help but notice that you're sitting here all alone. Wanna come sit with me and my friends?"

"Um, sure, I guess so," he said in a blaze of confusion. I guide him over to our table, where Flare and Kooper immediately introduce themselves. "Guys, I'd like you to meet Caldwell." Caldwell seems to grow an instant liking for Kooper, and they start chatting away. Flare however turns her head and starts texting someone on her phone. I look over at Kooper and Caldwell, and get a good look at Caldwell. I don't know why, but I thought to myself, "He's so cute, but a guy like him can't be gay, could he?"
