Chapter 8 ~ Just Our True Feelings. Part 1

🔑Lucy's POV🔑
My keys were in his hands. The keys to summon my precious friends, some I've known since a child. Some that hold precious memories.
They were friends I could not afford to lose.
That's when I screamed. Loud and ear shattering, trying to get as much attention as possible, hoping for someone to help.
The two men ran for me, yanking my hair from my scalp and kicking me to make me stop screaming. I never stopped. I started losing blood. Scars covering my body. I started losing consciousness. I heard a familiar voice scream my name before I was unconscious.
"Lucy!..."
🔥Natsu's POV🔥
I ran there as fast as I could, only to see a Lucy gone limp, lying on the ground unconscious. Two men from what seemed like a treasure hunting guild was holding her keys. Something was building up inside me.
It was rage.
I walked up to the two of them, stomping my feet on the ground. The two of them looked at me.
"You hurt MY Luce..."
"You will pay the price..."
The duo stared in shock as I prepared my attack.
"WHOEVER HURTS MY LUCE WILL PAY FOR IT!!!"
"KARYUU NO TEKKEN!!!"
I punch the life out of two of them. Unable to use magic, they were rendered helpless. They were defeated in 5 minutes flat.
I ran up to Lucy. She was in a puddle of blood. Her own blood. I cried and ran to the closest hospital, carrying Lucy bridal style.
🔑Lucy's POV🔑
I felt sore all around. I felt like I was lying on a cloud. My eyes finally opened as bright light invaded my sight.
Where am I?
Then I heard him.
"Lucy!!!"
I felt Natsu's strong arms around me, bringing me into a hug. I hugged him back. I felt something wet on my back. It was Natsu's tears.
"Thank god you're alright..."
"I was so worried..."
"Thank god..."
I smiled. He truly was the only one who could make my heart flutter. The only one who I would like to save me. He really was the one I love.
"Natsu..."
I whispered.
"I...love you."
