Riccarda's Pov:

Ugh! I am not in a good mood right now. Cause seriously. I have to go out with that idiot and have a coffee with him, god this is so annoying, rather than this I would like to go and help Arianna to train or something. But no, I had to go with him.... Gah!

After sending Arianna train with Beatle I started heading to the place we decided to meet, he sent me a text this morning to give me location and time, and it was right after the meeting.

I knew Arianna was trying to find an opportunity to make Beatle talk to David. That was alright with me, but it was really necessary to start her training as soon as possible. The threat was coming near and soon when the war was going to start, at this time I'm sure that Arianna will be definitely targeted. Of cause I'm not going to leave her unprotected, But she must know how to protect herself at times like these where there is a possibility that she may be left alone because of some reason and nobody is there to protect her.

I went in our room and got freshen up, and then went to the terrace garden, the place we decided to meet. It was a beautiful place, lots of potted plants surrounding a single table with chairs in the open sky, sounds beautiful right? This one is my addition to the building when it was being sold.

Delbert was already seated on one of the chair. He looked at me and smiled I just sat down in front of him, as he pour some coffee for me.

Then we started talking, more like he was talking I was just humming and nodding here and there during the conversation. Then we talked about Arianna's training, asking me if she will be ready by the time it all starts, I just said "yes." "You are very quiet today Rickie." Delbert said in a calm voice as he sipped his coffee." "Don't call me that, it's a very annoying name." "Alright....Rickie." I rolled my easy at his childish behavior. "You know Big Jim is right on our tail, and instead of training and getting ready we are sitting here have having a stupid coffee, where as Jim there is trying to get us, especially my daughter, into this mess."

He calmly replied, "I know how you feel. But right now we can't do much; in case of getting information you know how slowly we have to get it, taking all the precaution we can so that it won't back fire on us, where as training? We are training and getting ready for the fight, but you must not exert yourself. It will end up being your down fall."

That was true, but what could I do? I was really frustrated that I can't do anything right now. That guy is out there, roaming somewhere and creating plans to harm my baby girl. Just the thought of it makes me so angry on myself, that even with this much power I'm not able to do anything right now.

Then Delbert started to talk again "You have always been a hot headed person, though it has subdued when Arianna came into the picture, and you suddenly turned into a totally different person for her."

I looked at him and said, "Yes I was hot headed no doubt about it. And you were the childish one, always joking around and annoying me." He sinkers at that and asked, "True, do you still remember how we met?" I smirked and said "How can I forget." He smiled and said, "same here, how can I forget."

What happened was that, I was just walking on the streets one find day, I was heading to our base, at that time our was just a small broken house somewhere in the back ally nobody knew about, I had already met Beatle and back then we were just some minor street fighters, I didn't really had the thought of Going into mafia or anything to do with it back then. So, as we were walking down the street in front of me suddenly appears Delbert, and our eyes cross.

As soon as we looked each other in the eyes a fire lit in the pit of my stomach and we stopped right in front of each other, glaring at each other and soon started verbally cursing each other for no reason and then it ended up turning in to a fight, it was a one on one. It was also the first time I found someone cable of standing in front of me and fighting without losing within a minute. Our fight ended after exactly six hours. It was a very lengthy fight were no one wanted to back out, but the end result came out as a tie.
