School prom is coming up soon and I’m really excited. I really like Justin and I’m hoping he ask me to prom. Right now we were having a pep rally. I was sitting next to my friend looking for Justin. I didn’t see him come in. I was worried he wasn’t going to come.

They pep rally begun and Justin still hasn’t come in. The cheerleaders were doing their cheers and stuff when all of a sudden they started spelling something. I paid attention to the letters and it spelled out ‘Prom?’. The person this is for is very lucky. The started to spell something else and they spelled my name.

Then I felt a tap on my shoulder. I turned around and it was Justin. How did he get behind me? He offered me his hand and I grabbed it. He lead me to the middle of the gym and one of the cheerleaders handed him a boutique of flowers that he handed to me. I took them and I put my hand over my mouth.

“Haylee, will you go to prom with me?” Justin asked

I couldn’t say anything. I was so surprised but I did manage to nod my head. He pulled me towards him and hugged me. I hugged him back while everyone clapped and cheered. Now this is what I was waiting for.
