Chapter 2- Let It Be

Zania's POV

"I just don't understand you guys," Clarissa said.

Currently I'm hanging out with Nathan's family along with my family while Nathan, Tinsley, and Castor went to look for Castor's other dad. If you are wondering why I didn't join them, well because I know that Tinsley will push my buttons and that's not good for my baby also I trust that Nathan will not do anything with TInsley.

"I don't understand why you guys were fronting talking about we aren't together and this and that knowing you guys are mates. Like how long have you guys been together?"

"Well we didn't want anyone to know yet but we've been together for almost three years."

"So when did you guys finally do the deed?" Nathan's mom asked.

I felt myself blushing, this was getting awkward.

"Oh come on! You are carrying my grandchild so I might as well know," said Ms.Susan.

"We did it a little while ago. I think he and I were together for about two years before I gave it up but we've only done it three times. I found out I'm pregnant after the first time which I don't understand because it was only once."

"Oh, honey it only takes one time!" My mom said.

"Can we talk about her 'promise ring'?" Grace asked.

"What is there to talk about?"

"I mean look how big that diamond is like what would the engagement ring look like?!"

"Grace, nobody is worried about the ring. I'm worried about my grandbaby! So have you been to the doctor's yet, Zania?" My mom asked me.

"No I'm planning on going after Nathan returns," I responded.

"Yeah, let's talk about that. So how are you feeling about Tinsley and how she's with your man while you are not there?" Grace asked me.

"She's the mother of Nathan's child and I have to accept that and I trust Nathan so I'm not worried."

"Humph, I don't know how you do it because she would of been gone!" Clarissa responded.

"I'm a grown woman and I need to behave that way."

Nathan's POV

Lord please give me the strength to not hurt nobody on this beautiful day that you have given us.

I'm stuck on a two hour flight with Tinsley then I have to endure another hour of her in the car with me then I have to also deal with her for the sake of my child.

"Daddy, I need to use the bathroom," Castor said.

The boy is like sunshine, I don't understand how someone so sweet could come form someone so negative maybe my genes and his other dad's genes are strong because Tinsley is pitiful.

I quickly took Castor to the bathroom before he could ruin the seats on the plane.

I have come to like the idea of being a father but it kind of hurts that I wasn't there to be the father Castor needed in the beginning. Tinsley is not a very good mother, I'm just saying, like she's been ignoring her child's needs and acting as if he doesn't exist but was quick to let me know he was my son. When I was having father and son time with Castor one day he asked me if Zania was his mother and I told him no that Tinsley was his mother and he had a confused expression and told me that she doesn't allow him to call her his mother and doesn't treat him like if she's his mom. So I told him that Zania would never hurt him and will treat him and love him like if she is his mom. With that said I have come to dislike Tinsley even more but I can't do anything about it because she's Castor's mom.

Now on to Castor's other dad, turns out he's my cousin. I have no words for Tinsley but... Let's just get this over with.

We finally made it to Micheal's house and Tinsley was pushing my buttons through the ride here trying to grab on me and do things that she knows she shouldn't be doing since I have a mate and I don't want her!

"Daddy, where are we?" Castor asked.

"Can you be quiet? Like all you've been saying is Daddy this and Daddy that like shut up!" Tisnley had the audacity to be talking to her son like that I was livid.

"Don't fucking talk to him like that! You are a horrible mother. I can't believe you said that to him. It's not his fault that you don't give him the attention he needs nor do you provide for his basic needs, the pack nanny does everything for you since he was born so you need to shut the fuck up!" I yelled at Tinsley.

"What ever I just want to get this over with." TInsley said back and I rolled my eyes.

Castor was crying so picked him up and tried to make him feel better as I knocked the door.

Micheal opened the door.

"Hey Nate, long time no see cousin." Micheal said with excitement.

"You're right. I was planing on seeing you on different circumstances but things came up."

"Come inside. Hannah is in the kitchen making lunch." Micheal said and leading us to his mate.

We all sat around the island in the kitchen.

"So what brings you to this neck of the woods,Nate?" Hannah asked.

"Well, I think it's best for TInsley to answer that." I said causing Micheal to look at me confused like he hand't noticed Tinsley was here the whole time.

"You and Nathan are the father of that one over there." Tinsley said nonchalantly while Micheal and Hannah finally noticed Castor sitting on my lap.

"Excuse me!" Hannah screamed.

"Here's the paternity test," I said handing it to her.

"I don't understand how one egg can be fertilized by sperm from two different people," Hannah said.

"I don't understand either but they say it's rare and it can happen," was all I could say.

"So I'm a father?" Micheal asked.

"Yup," was my response.

"Oh Hannah, I'm actually a father! All of our struggles and I had a child all along!" Micheal said happily.

"That's just lovely. Can I leave now?" TInsley said with a stank attitude.

"Bihhhhhhh!"Hannah said mean mugging Tinsley.

A/N

I'm back from vacation and my goal is to update up until chapter 10 and then I think the book would be finished by then. I'm going to make sure the whole trilogy makes since like the situation with Tinsley and Nathan's ability and also the baby. Also that's Michael in the picture. By the way how are y'all feeling about Tinsley and this chapter I'm sorry if it wasn't good, I was trying to get an update in before things get hectic.
