#5: Onstage love affair: (first day: hell)

So, after a week of waiting... I held my breath as the school announcer mentioned the names of those who passed the club. Of course they are overacting, this is an art based school for crying out loud. "Takano Jirou-kun." it says. I did it. 

Everyone in the class were looking at me. "what?" i asked in a stoic manner. 

"you'll be with Yagami Makoto-senpai?! That's totally awesome!!" that's Rin, my friend and an ultimate fan of Yagami-kun. "ahh if only i have those hands... I can be with him." 

"seriously, Rin-chan what's with Yagami-senpai that you like most?" 

"eh?!" she pouted, "Ji-chan you just don't meddle with people that much! Yagami-senpai is the best next to Nowaki-senpai." 

Come to think of it, Rin was right and she ate one of my wieners. "Ji-chan you should stop looking plain." 

"i'm fine with this, Rin-chan." i smiled. "not because i am sorrounded with beautiful men that means i have to act like one. They didn't accept me for my looks." 

"but still! When in Rome, you should do like Romans do!" 

"Takano Jirou-kun. You are being called at the theater club. Takano Jirou-kun." the school's p.a. Said. I stood up and looked at Rin. 

"oh well Rin-chan. I guess i have to know if it's a requirement myself."

"You! Cut that hair. It doesn't look good." it was Nowaki-senpai looking at us as we are lined straight. It was our first day and he intended to inspect everyone. He was blunt as ever and everyone fears him. He's holding Riko-chan again. 

He stood up in front of me. "You." he said as he looked at me. "i want you to change everything." 

"c-change?" 

"even if you work in the bottom of the club's backstage, you must always look your best." he said. 

I looked down. "i..." 

"no, Jirou-kun. I never want you to change physically. The way you are is pretty unique. However... Changr that wishy washy attitude! Stop stuttering, act proud and somehow learn how to comb properly.
