"That sounds extremely similar to what happened to you. It's a little scary in all honesty. Let's read the next entry and see what may lie ahead." Johnny says once we finish reading the note.
I look him in the eye, "Could we take a minute to process it first?" I'm close to tears thinking that it happened to my husband. He nods and puts a gentle hand on my shoulder.
"Of course we can Kathleen. It seems as far as the kidnapping goes that was different. It was a woman and he didn't get put in a dungeon. Or a room like that but the house description is the same." Johnny says as he takes his hand of my shoulder.
"That's true but the same deal was struck, same name and same car. That's a little too coincidental if you ask me. Even the fact that she had the same eyes." I say. I take I minute and just think. Johnny has a grim look on his face, he must be thinking as well. "Would it be possible for the man and woman to be the same person? I feel like there's something else at play." Johnny nods.
"I think it may be something, ungodly." he hesitates as he says it, knowing that I'm a firm believer in Christ. I'm sure he is too. He does go to the same church after all. Ungodly, like demonic or is he thinking something else. Maybe even paranormal or magical even?
"What exactly do you mean by ungodly?" I ask.
He looks me dead in the eyes and says, "I think it may be something paranormal at play, maybe even demonic. All I know for sure is that it has something to do with the girl in red."
We suddenly hear a bang on the side door. We both look but find nothing. I turn on the car and drive towards the lake. The bang sounded like someone had punched a hole in the car. Once we get to the lake we both exit the vehicle and look at the side door. The symbol from the notes is embedded in a huge dent on the door. An x with strange symbols in each divided part. The top one looks to be a blood drop with a character inside, it looks like an older character from some other country. The left one being a rose with thorns wrapped around it. The right one being an eye and the bottom one being a book. Random symbols but what do they mean and why are they in this order? And the x around them, what could that mean?
