Where did I go so wrong?

Where it all began

Arceus stared around the blank world that it had created. It wasn't going to just make a bunch of living creatures live in a colorless universe. It decided to create 3 new pokemon. One controlling Time, One controlling Space, and One keeping this dimension stable. First Arceus must create time. Its back glowed an electric blue, starting to project a form of living matter. It took a while. Arceus decided to call that time an hour. Soon enough, the glowing matter exploded and created an EGG. Arceus used judgment to crack open the EGG. The EGG glowed, and out came a gigantic blue and metallic creature. Arceus named this creature "Dialga". Another 'hour' passed, and he had made another EGG. Yet this time, the EGG hatched not only a new creature, but it had created a whole world of color. Arceus called this the "Universe." Not too long after, and another creature hatched from the EGG. Arceus looked down on the pink dragon like creature and called it 'Palkia.' Another 'hour' passed, and the last EGG started to hatch. Then everything went downhill. Arceus got to see the colorful pokemon, but soon after it hatched, a black hole surrounded it and swallowed it into another dimension. Arceus called that pokemon 'Giratina' and it called the strange new dimension the 'Distortion World.'

..4.67 Billion years later..

Mars rode on a hovercraft through the distortion world, searching for Giratina. She saw the pokemon flying around the Distortion World and she took aim at it. Mars fired the mind control implant at the shadowy pokemon, watching it disappear into its neck.

Giratina had taken hostage of the small green pokemon known as Shaymin. It's finally time for the Distortion God to take control of it all. It absorbed powers of the tiny pokemon and left it to rot, just like the Jirachi, Mew and Lake trio it had 'dealt with.' Giratina had surpassed Arceus itself. Giratina shattered the dimensional barrier and used shadow force to hide itself. Nothing can stop Giratina now.. Or so it thought.

Cynthia took a sip of her coffee. Lucas accompanied her, chatting about Dialga and Palkia. When suddenly, outside of the Cafe they were in, a dark hole appeared from the sky. "Cynthia.. What is that?" Lucas exclaimed, gawking at the vortex. "Giratina.." Cynthia muttered.

"Cyrus, the plan was a success. Giratina has absorbed the pokemon and came to this puny earth."
"Good job, Mars. You did an excellent job designing the implant for mind control."
"Sir, I believe it is safe to say nothing can stop us now. Not even the one who calls himself Champion."
"Mars, the people and pokemon of this world will fall to their knees and bow to the great and powerful TEAM GALACTIC!"
"Nothing can or will stop us from creating our perfect utopian world."
"Call Giratina to the peak of Mt. Coronet. We will make our announcement worldwide."
"Yes sir!"
Mars called her Golbat to fly to the peak of Mt. Coronet.
The Distorted dragon pokemon appeared through a shadowy portal.
"Nothing will stop us now."

"Cynthia, where are we going?" Lucas ran with the former champion, striving to catch up.
"Mt. Coronet. Mars, an executive of Team Galactic is going there. We must call upon Arceus.
Arceus can help us"
Cynthia was running as fast as she could now, with Lucas barely trailing behind.
"Arceus won't be strong enough to do anything."
Cynthia and Lucas skidded to a halt.
A figure emerged from the shadows.
"W-who are you..?" Lucas asked nervously.
"My name is Red."
