I enjoyed the loud music blasting through the stereo, excitedly jumping up and down.

This was the first party I'd ever been to, and my parents had no idea I was here.

I didn't care.

I mean, who care's in the end, anyway?

"Jamie, chill out, you're looking pretty pathetic." Ryan, a friend of mine, rolled his eyes.

I scoffed, smiling.

"Do you smell that? Its the smell of being a mad-ass bad boy. I'm living the dream." I smiled, looking around the giant room filled with drunk teens.

I smiled, thinking about trying the alcohol.

My first beer, here? Yes sir!

"Where's the drinks?" I asked Ryan, searching for the beverages. Ryan grabbed my shoulder, leading me towards a table filled with different bottles, and cups.

"Lets start you off with a tequila shot, yeah?" Ryan smiled.

I nodded, grabbing the shot glass, allowing Ryan to fill it.

"Oh my god, I'm so nervous, Ry." I admitted, giggling.

Ryan rolled his eyes, "Just take it down whole. Don't attempt to let it sit in your mouth because the taste is vile. Just swallow."

I nodded at Ryan's instructions, tipping the clear liquid into my mouth.

My tongue and throat began burning once I swallowed the disgusting taste.

It was horrible.

"Another?" Ryan asked, but didnt wait for my reply, before filling my shotty up again.

I took this one, cautious as I knew exactly how it tasted.

I coughed slight, as my eyes burned and watered.

I grabbed myself a cup full of alcoholic punch, wanting to taste something different.

A few more glasses away, my head was hurting, and the world was spinning.

I wanted to go home.

My parents are going to kill me if they find out I came here, but I needed to call them to come pick me up.

I stumbled towards the exit, opening the door and leaving the loud, pounding room.

I somehow kept my balance as I walked down the road, bumping into some random.

I looked up, my heart skipping a beat.

"Jamie, what are you doing here?" That beautiful voice asked, smiling at me warmly.

Josh.

"I c-came to uh-" I slurred, not knowing how to answer him.

"Ah, you're drunk, huh?" Josh chuckled, shaking his head at me.

"I don't think I am." I laughed lightly, rubbing my eyes.

"I came to go to the party, but its a bit boring to me." Josh said, biting his lip.

I couldn't help but notice how plump, and wet his lips were.

I wonder how they felt against mine.

Ugh!

I mentally face palmed, I'm straight, goddamn it!

"I should give you a lift home, you look like you'll pass out soon." Josh sighed, grabbing my hand.

I'd known Josh my whole life, he was always sensible towards everyone... He was like one of my best friends...

even though I wanted more than that.
