Second poem time! this one was originally aclass assignment but i decided to continue it...HERE IT IS

SUPERNATURAL (love the show) Day and Night

Tucked in the corner of her room

Forever out of sight

Eyes wild, glasses askew

Searching, reading, typing, wanting to know

Is it real? The lore and myths she heard about

Could it all be true…

Find out she must!

Body pumped, adrenaline filled

Sleep eludes her, like a junkie wanting another hit

Her web of theories and beliefs aren’t enough

She NEEDS to know

Facts! Can all the legends, creatures of the night

Truly exist.

Days, weeks, months go by

Frantic as ever, all alone

Sanity deteriorating

Paranoia setting in

But still she continues, searching, reading, typing

This is her quest, her only purpose anymore

Her will is strong, but for how long

How long before she cracks

She needs to know

Needs to put to rest her mind, body and soul

‘Till one day

A Knock on her door

Flawless features

Perfect stranger

Fits the description

Inhumane teeth- wickedly sharp

Is this the proof she’s been looking for...
