"I like her as a friend okay?!" Freddy Jones fought as he waited in line for movie tickets with his best friend, Zack Quan. Zack rolled his eyes. "Yeah. Sure." "You're just saying that because you're too chicken to confess your feelings to Tomika." Freddy shot back. "Am not!" "Am too!" "Hey guys!" A voice called out. Zack and Freddy turned to see Tomika and Summer walking towards them. "Hey Summer." Freddy said, as cheerfully as he could manage. "Hey Tomika." Zack said, trying not to sound love-struck. "What movie are you here to see?" Tomika asked. "Only the best movie ever!" Zack said. "Christmas Shoes?" Summer asked. "No." Zack scoffed. "Fall of Ninja. Hi-yaw!" Summer and Tomika laughed. "What are you girls seeing?" "The most romantic movie of the year!" Summer gushed. "Take My Heart." Tomika said in the same tone of voice. "Never knew you liked romance, Tomika." Zack said. Tomika shrugged. "It's okay. I'm just going because I want to get out of the house and Summer doesn't feel comfortable seeing movies by herself (A/N: AKA me)." Freddy and Zack nodded. "Anyway, where's Lawrence?" Tomika asked. "He'll just spoil it. Besides, he said that he was gonna see Robotitcus tonight anyway." "See you later!" The girls called and the boys waved goodbye. "There's one thing I don't understand." Freddy said as they stepped up to the ticket booth. "Why did they go towards the theaters with tickets when they didn't even wait in line?"
