"Hello Scar" Isaia states sweetly as he gave me a hug. Then said hello to my mom, repeating the hug to her.
"Come on in, girls." Selena said to us, we followed her into the dining room where we sat down.
"I hope you guys like spaghetti because that's what I made." Selena said to us, we nodded to her to let her know that we did like the food.
She brought us each a plate with the pasta on it and we began to eat.
Except for one person.

Since she was sitting next to me,
I laid a hand on her knee as a sign of comfort. I don't know what is happening with her but I want to help.
Because I notice the things most won't.
