I could feel my skin begging to be slit but it needs to be patient. I would be home in a few minutes, then I would let it be wounded.
When I came to my house, I bolted towards my room. My skin practically screaming, pleading to be sliced open.
I got my knife against the skin, a small smile on my face.
As I make my way across the wrist in thin lines, I hear that voice again.
Aphrodite.
"Darling, you need to stop doing that! It's bad for your skin!"
I roll my eyes,my mood now improved by her words.
"What do you want now, Mom?" I say laughing a little to myself now.
"I see that you met Amelia, darling. Your cousin, Athena's daughter."
"Really? She did seem like she was extremely smart." I say, the news not hitting me as hard as it should have.
"You are taking the learning of your bloodline very calmly, Darling." Mom points out,"I have nothing to be scared of." I tell her and the voice stopped speaking for a moment or two.
"Goodbye Darling, I have to go now. Ta-Ta!"
"Bye bye." I reply, I look down.
To notice that the scars and cuts were sealed up and there was no more blood.
Aphrodite's work is what I'm guessing.
