Hermione's POV
It's a week before school starts and Pansy, Draco and I had gone to hogsmead to grab our school books and some food for our pets. It started getting really cold so we decided to go back to Hogwarts.
"Well what should we do now, we can't do anything outside. It's too bloody freezing!"
"We could play games like; truth or dare, watch another movie, or we could play hide and seek" Pansy said in a monotone voice
"I think we-" I was rudely interrupted
"Hide and seek. What are we 5?" Draco stated in a playful voice. It was so sexy.
"Hide and seek, sounds fun we have the entire castle to ourselves and no one has to know we played hide and seek in the summer holidays" Pansy stated in a matter of fact tone with some play in her voice
"Fine, we can play hide and seek" Draco said with a smirk on his face, it was as if he had no childhood fun.
So we decided to play hide and seek, Draco was counting first up to 30 it was funny to watch him from a distance he looked like a five year old. We hid in the astronomy tower, so Pansy and I could chat for a little bit.
"So what do you think of Draco now that he has made a truce" Pansy asked with a smirk on her face.
"He's gotten a lot better at being nice, and he has gotten a lot hotter since last year" She didn't seem surprised that I said that "What?"
"I knew it. Haha I knew it you are totally into Draco, I knew it."
"Yes, but you can't tell him, I don't want to make a complete fool of myself"
Draco's POV
"She likes me!" I whispered I was just outside the tower door, I was going to burst in but I heard laughing so I decided to listen in.
I started to jog on the spot to make myself puffed from climbing the stairs. I burst in. "FOUND YA!!"
"Oh no it's the bleach police" Pansy said with a smile plastered to her face.
"Hey! give me a break. Those stairs are not as easy as they look, besides it was easy to find you guys because of that bunch of hair that follows Mione around all the time" I had to smirk at my comment.
"Well, it's not that hard to find you either because of that bleach blonde hair of yours, at least you stopped slicking it back, because you looked too much like a doll going to church, it looks a lot better ruffled" I saw her smile and blush oh my! she blushed.
"OH that's what you meant by the bleach police. HEY! THAT'S NOT NICE" Pansy was always mean.
"You are so slow, to just notice that, that was an insult haha" Pansy's reason for having a smile plastered to her face.
Pansy's POV
WOW I never knew Draco could be so obvious, and Mione so dense, she didn't even notice that he had been outside the door listening to our PRIVATE conversation.
"-Alright who wants to be it because I found both of you and-"
"I will be it" I had to be it so they could get some time together, you know the saying 'Three is a crowd'.
"Alright I'll start counting 1,2,3-"
Hermione's POV
"1,2,3" I heard Pansy starting to count and Draco grabbed my hand to find a place to hide and I kind of liked how he held my hand so carefully, it was so sweet.
"Let's go to an abandoned classroom, she never goes to those" I whispered into Draco's ear, he smiled probably thinking 'What a brilliant idea, why didn't I think of that?' I laughed a little bit.
Draco and I ran there as fast as we could, because Pansy was probably finished counting.
"Who knew hide and seek would be fun when your 17" He was always so surprised.
"Yeah I know"

It was silence, it was to quiet, for my liking.
"So have you ever played hide and seek?" I hated silence
"No, my father thought games were a waste of time, but every time my father was at work and my mother was at home taking care of me, she would always play catch with me and hide and seek, I loved hiding under the tree at christmas time"
"WOW, that's not as bad as I thought but it's still bad"
"I know but now my father is dead from the demetors kiss, I never really cared for him. I know what I want now" He looked at me, if anyone walked in on us you'd think we were having a staring contest.
"What DO you want?"
Draco's POV
"What DO you want?" I wanted to say, 'I want you' but that is so uncool, unfortunately my hands moved quicker than my thoughts and I put my hands on her lower waist, bringing her towards me, she was starting to lean in, she wanted to kiss me as well, but was this how I wanted to become friends with anyone. Too late, we kissed.
