Hei Min POV
It's been a few days since that incident happened, I've stayed in the hospital once again. I'm not getting any better but the one thing that makes me feel better is the fact that he's here everyday since.
"Good morning~" Jiyong said as he carefully walked inside my room. I smiled weakly but brightly.
"How are you feeling today? Any better?" He said as he put down his coat and checked my pulse and forehead.
"You seem good, did they change your IV pack?" I nodded and before Jiyong could continue to check my machinery I grabbed his wrist softly.
He stopped and looked down to me. "Sorry... I'm just paranoid." He smiled painfully. I sighed and pulled his wrist to make him sit.
"So, what should we do today? Watch a movie? Play another board game?" I shook my head and reached my hand out, pointing to the window.
"Outside...?" He scratched the back of his neck and said "I don't think I can... Sorry..."
I sighed silently and looked down while shrugging my shoulders a bit. "Aish~~!" He said while spazzing cutely.
"Fine." I smiled widely and widened my eyes as i saw his surrendering expression. "But! We can't tell anyone!"
I nodded happily and jumped in my bed. "Let's get you covered."
--1 Hour Later--
We were both outside, the fresh breeze running through my hair as Jiyong pushed my wheelchair down the sidewalk.
"Are you happy~~?" I smiled brightly and nodded. The scenery of the hospital was beautiful and even more beautiful in person.
I swallowed and opened my mouth taking a deep breath, "T--the scenery is---- beautiful." I said in my weak and fragile voice.
Jiyong smiled so widely as he patted my head and nodded, "I agree."
"Do you want to... Sit on the grass?" I looked back to see his face and check if he was seriously talking.
My eyes sparkled as I nodded. He pushed me down to the large and beautiful beach close to the hospital.
Pushing the wheel chair close to the sand and river. He stopped and came to the front. Carefully grabbing the sides of my waist and hoisting me up.
I was wrapped around him. My heart beat was so loud and my cheeks became a bright pink. I covered my face as he struggled to carefully put me down on the sand.
I was now on the sand. My hands felt the small grains all over my skin. I dug my toes in the sand and lied down on my back softly.
The smell of the river and.... Freedom. I looked up to the sky and watched as the birds flew around. The morning sun still rising slowly and the seagulls being quiet annoying.
I closed my eyes softly and took a deep inhale of the fresh air. Jiyong lied beside me.
He then lifted my head and put his arm under it so I could lay my head softly on it. I chuckled a bit at the cheesiness then ended up getting closer to his chest.
We were soon cuddling under the morning sky. "Are you happy?" He suddenly asked as he looked up at the sky.
I turned my head to look at his beautiful profile and said, "Y--y-yes thank you...s-so muc-h Jiy--ong."
"Don't force yourself to speak...." He said as he turned his head around to face me. We were now a few inches apart our eyes never leaving each other's gaze.
"As long as you keep smiling." I smiled painfully and started to tear up. I closed my eyes and let my tear fall down to the warm sand.
He brought his hand to my cheek and wiped away my tear. "I said happy not sad" he chuckled as he brought his lips to my forehead and kissed it. We stayed like that for a few seconds as I enjoyed the feeling of being in his arms.
"I--I'm so happy...."
