As I enter the house after school I go to find Mariana to warn her about josh as I enter her room I see Mariana on her bed with a huge smile on her face excited for her date here comes the bad news

"Mariana I heard about your date" I said starting it off casual

"Yeah isn't great" Mariana said in a daydream voice as her eyes lit up at the thought of it

"No it's not great Mariana you have to cancel it" I said getting over protective

"Why" she said getting defensive

"Why Mariana wake up the guys trouble he does this with lots of girls he uses you for sex and never sees them again and I don't want you to be one of those girls Mariana" I said getting overly protective because I didn't want her to get hurt

"Not you too judging him based on his appearance maybe he's just misunderstood he could be this sweet nice guy and that is what is wrong with the world and society I'm going out with him whether you like it or not" she said frustrated ended it with her normal sassy tone

"No your not and I don't think moms wouldn't like it either" I said with knowing to well moms wouldn't let her go on with josh ended my sentence with my usual smirk

"I don't care I'm going I'm giving him a chance whether people tell me other wise he doesn't deserve judgement and real smooth playing the mom card" she said sassy like

I didn't get to start my sentence because it was no other than James diamond at the door what is he doing here I thought as I let him in

"Hey Mariana baby how about you and me go out tomorrow night because you me will be the ideal couple totally adorable and totally gorgeous what do you say" James said in his playing it cool voice

"Was this your plan for James to come over and ask me out so I wouldn't go out with josh your unbelievable" Mariana said getting all defensive

"Come on babe don't act like that" James said in a really sexy voice

"I am not your babe and I will never be your babe when will you get the hint that you James diamond will never be mind" Mariana said getting frustrated with his attempts despite the many times letting him down easy he still hasn't gave up

"You will be mine" James said to Mariana

Then James turned to me

"She will be mine" James said in his know it all voice knowing it was going to happen as he left

"Really James diamond Jesus like he's any better he hits on every girl that passes him" Mariana said growing angry at me

"He's a better choice than that josh guy James is sensitive and sweet and will treat you like a lady josh will just leave you in the dust" I said telling my sister how it was going to be defending my best buddy in the process

"Well I don't care I'm going out with josh can you just be happy for me" Mariana said frustrated

"I will be happy if you went out with somebody I trust and James is someone I actually trust and I know for a fact that he's been in love with you since the day he met you" I said defensive and defending James knowing he's a decent guy

Mariana didn't have time to respond as someone knocked on the door as I opened the door it showed my two bestfriends Emma and Austin

"Yeah what's up guys" I asked casually as I saw their worried faces

"What's going on" I asked in panic mode

"It's Kendall he got himself into serious trouble" Austin said worried for his bestfriend

"Oh my god what did he do" I asked wondering what they meant

"He got caught vandalizing a park" Emma said finishing for Austin because he didn't know how to break the news to Jesus

"He's in the police station right now" Emma said in a totally serious voice

"Looks like you got bigger fish to fry like getting your friend out of trouble good luck with that" Mariana said in a sassy voice before leaving the room and headed upstairs

"Oh my god we got to get to the police station right now" I said panicking as me Emma and Austin leave and head for the police station
