Into The Woods

[FLASHBACK 16 Years ago]
{3 years old}

"Mar!" Maya said with whine in her voice.

"What? I was building a house for da ants"

Maya motioned Mara to come over and sit in the sandbox. "Bury meeeeh" Maya giggled, and so did Mara. Mara obeyed the command and took the shovel. She giggles and buries Maya's feet.

"KEEPY BURYING"

Mara took the bucket and buried even more. "It's our turn now." Whined a little boy with a second boy. The girls put a pouty face on. "No." They both said. "Let's share!" The boys said. The girls nodded and they played in the sand with them.

     [16 years later...]

"Darn it, Caleb!" Mara said, laughing. "Why are you such a jerk!"

Maia, Trevor and Caleb all laughed. They were going camping in the Polati woods. Polatians supposedly died because of a volcano.

"Do we have everything?" Maia said.

Trevor replied with, "Sunscreen, Check. Bags, check. Flashlight, check. Sleeping bags-"

"Check!" They all said.

"Right." Trevor said, annoyed. He read down the list until the last period. "That's all" he said, finally. They head out the door, with Mara leading. "Step 2 3 4 Step 2 3 4" she repeated that until they got in the car.

The car slowly moved and Maia tapped the driver. "Faster please."

The driver rolled his eyes and started to drive normally. Mara looked out the window as it started to rain. Really hard. "We're here!" Caleb said and stepped out. He got really wet. Maia and Mara giggled.

"Not funny." He said. Trevor took out the umbrella and held it under the girls. "Gentleman!" Mara said. They walked into the trails and found a nice area with not too much rain.
