When I awoke, I saw the woman from last night in front of me, staring at me in awe.
"How are you a horse?" She asked, her hand hovering over my muzzle.
I gently pushed my nose into her hand and looked her in the eye.
She kept her hand on me, gently stroking my soft muzzle.
After a few minutes, I decided to change back. I backed away from the woman slowly and changed from my head down to my feet.
Her blue eyes widened and she gasped.
"What are you?" She asked.
"I'm a ghost." I said wondering why she was confused. Over the past few months I've been here, a local ghost busting team moved into this old firehouse. Then there was Rowan, that asshole, and all the 'ghosts' were sent back to the netherrealm.
"I have a consciousness." I gave her a smile, hoping she would take that for what it was worth.
