Prologue
My footsteps echoed as my shoes hit the concert sidewalk. The cop sirens roaring in the distance. The wind blowing in every direction, through the trees making some leaves fall on the sidewalk. I hugged my jacket tighter around my petite body.
You shouldn't be doing this. You promised. The voice in my head told me. As much as I wanted to turn around now, I couldn't. I craved this for week now and I can't deal going other day without it. No one knows how much I crave this thing.
But I promised him. I promised that I would never do this anymore. I promised both of them. Past these months, I thought I broke the curse, but I didn't. The more I thought that I wasn't going to do it anymore, the more I thought of the electric sting that run down my spine when I sniffed and drunk. The power it gave me. How it made me feel that I could do anything that I wanted. How it blocked all the problems that I was having away, pushing it to the back of my head ,making me forget all about it as if it was just a big long nightmare. The pain, lies, betrayal, everything was gone. It all just seemed like a big blur at the moment. That's why I loved it so much.
I looked behind me -to make sure no one was near- and then turned the corner. A big guy dress in all black head to toe, leaning on the brick wall, pulling out a cigarette out his lips then shaking the tip letting ashes fall onto the ground. His head snapped at my direction, alarmed at the sound of footsteps. He threw the cigarette on the ground then turned to me and crossed his arms.
"What do you think you're doing here, little gal?" He said, looking down at me as he was much taller than me. I rolled my eyes under my cap, taking advantage as he couldn't see me. People always tease me for height, but I was known for speed.
"You know why." I told him. I looked up and he studied my face. He then stepped back, opening the door for me to walk in. I smiled then walked in.
Music blasted from the inside, bouncing off the walls. People cheering as the made it in pool. People running up to each other with beers. It smelled like pot and smoke which most people would hate to smell, but I loved it.
"Over here!" My fried, Ross, waved to me. I smiled and walked over to the group around him. He wrapped his arm around me and smiled down. "I knew you couldn't stay away." He chuckled. "Now." He picked up the tray with white stuff all over it then a roll of piece of paper. I smiled then pulled my hair back about to sniff, but a large hand grabbed my wrist and stopped me.
"Let. It. Go." He whispered harshly in my ear. My mouth became dry as I knew actually who it was.

Thank you for reading. This isn't going to start until I'm done with my Zayn story. Promised my friends that I would finish it, but it won't take long. I already have the plot and ending of that story and its only going to be fifteen chapter, depends on how long the chapter is and how much information I get in it. Vote and tell me hat you think. Thank you xx. (The chapter will be much longer than this one. Don't worry ☺.) I switched this story to this account from my other account because on the other account I want to write more Zayn fan fictions since their aren't a lot. I probably will continue this someday, but I'm not sure. :))
