Chapter one

Alexandria's POV

There were two things my mother loved more than me. Number one sex (especially with the female landlord since she couldn't afford to pay the bill.) Number two, getting money out of rich men by bribing them with sex,it was wrong.

My mom got pregnant sixteen times,each time she had an abortion, I was the fifth child. My grandpa stopped mom so I could be born. She said I was born with bright red eyes and dark black hair that almost looks blue, and my eyes were cursed. My eyes were usually closed as a child because they use to bleed out a lot and it still happens even today but a lot less. I cry blood. I never have been outside the house,I have never watched TV, I never had friends, but I did what no everyone does I killed...dad.

He threatened to beat me with a whip and I panicked so I let my eyes take control, hoping to paralyze him enough to get away, and then he dropped dead. My mother had told me that my eyes were red, not from crying but from fear. When they changed back and when I used them when I was scared,soon eyesight got worse until it was all gone my mother asked my father (a millionaire who my mom just did him for his money.) Then she found a treatment,needles that I have to inject myself with twice a day. My vision improved but not as much I was still blind and I can't use my eyes or I will just make of worse.

My mom was nice but not as sensible, she had contracted no diseases... Yet! I wanted better for her.

Mom's POV

I was so lucky, after trying for the millionth time I did it. I won the lottery.554 million dollars. I was going to get a six mansion, ten sports cars,take so much vacations. First I wanted to do something I've been dreaming as kid. A cruise! I drove the rusty old pick up truck and parked it in driveway. I ran to the door and opened it . "Alex I won!" I yelled.

She was not there, but I knew where she was. She usually locked herself in the basement, so wouldn't not hurt me, I told her she wasn't but wouldn't listen. She locked herself in there for days,no food no water, only the medication. She usually cried down there for hours on top of hours. I was there worst mother. She most she has been there is for about two weeks.

She didn't sleep, always cried, never ate. Yet she was always beautiful. I envied her looks and kindness. I was a cheap whore and I hated it. I unlocked the door. She has been there for six days. She sat on the floor crying. The room was gloomy and sad with her tears of blood. Who knew she had this much blood to lose? I didn't for sure.

   She always had an thing about her to affect everyone's feeling with just hers. Now I felt like crying.

"Alex, I have good news." I whispered at the door. Her face shot up,but her jet black bangs that she decided to grow out covered her beautiful light lavender eyes. I wish I could see them,just one last time my child that I almost aborted. I was sorry that I couldn't give her a loving sister or kind brother that would make up for all the pain I placed upon her.

"Yes mom." She said with a small smile. I felt like I was forcing her to smile. My life was a mess so I felt like I was destroying hers. " Well after endless trying I finally won...the lottery. I was wondering...if you would go to a world class ski lodge with me. I always wanted to see snow and I want to give you the time of your life, to give you the life I couldn't long ago" I said with tears flooding my eyes.

I guess she read them perfectly,and said "Of course, if that is what will make make you happy" Her smile was fake. It wasn't real. I wanted to tell her that she didn't have to, but instead I said something worse. "Well it's leaving tonight. And it's a very expensive and only the richest people go there, and I want for you to enjoy it. Ok."

She nodded and looked down upon her hoodie and faded jeans. "I'll take you shopping." I said. " You'll be perfect."

* 6 hours later *

Alexandria's POV

The plane touched down near the ski lodge and I felt so out of place. Not clothing wise, mom brought me expensive clothes so would fit in and made sure we had enough money for the fancy restaurants, I just felt like I didn't belong. 40,000 dollars a night, that does not include, the restaurants,the skiing lessons,the spa,the room service, the private hot springs and the ice skating. Mom should know that all this was going to add up.

" I see your face, come on Alex, your probably think it's too expensive but its not like we picked the pent house which is 1.5 million dollars a night, they get special treatment but the normal treatment is okay ,as long as your happy. Right." She nudged me.

"Um..I guess." I said looking away hiding my eyes under my bangs. We walked up to the main entrance. Four men came and grabbed our suitcases.

"May I your room is your room number?" One man said dressed in expensive uniform. "Alex,do you remember the room number." My mom said clearly forgetting everything.

I nodded avoiding eye contact with the man. "Um...room 3572 is my mom's and mine is 3573 . I have the room keys." I pulled it out and gave it to them. They took the elevator upstairs. My mom gave me a card so I can get free refills towels if I ever go to the spa or hot springs.

We walked up the fancy elevator and to our rooms which were the fanciest rooms I have ever seen in my life. Too good for any magazine. My room had a diamond chandelier with a large king sized bed with dark red curtains , two nightstands, a large flat screen TV ,I world class bathroom, a fire place and a balcony that looked over everything.

I soon stripped down and put on a silk night gown. I turned the TV on to Naruto shippuden and watched it until I felt asleep cold.
