Benjamin and calliope stayed in the forest just talking about anything and everything. She had her head in his lap looking up at him "why don't you try feeding the way the Cullens do?" Calliope asked out of curiosity "I just guess I'm not really big on feeding off animals. It seems a bit odd if you ask me" Benjamin answered her, he was randomly braiding flowers in with her hair "but what about those mutts? They're going to bitch and moan about how you shouldn't be killing humans for your food source. Then they're going to bring up that stupid treaty, honestly you're both mythological creatures that technically don't exist. I don't see why you're at each other's throats all the time. You need to put aside your petty arguments and kiss and make up" she puffed out her cheeks causing him to chuckle at her little mini rant "so I don't exist?" He asked "yup. You're just a made up fairy tale whose very existence it a complete lie to scare little children into behaving like the boogie man" she said. Benjamin laughed "well then if I don't exist then technically you shouldn't be with me here" Calliope stuck her tongue out "I belong to the 1% of people that do believe in fairy tale creatures so you're lucky" she said. Benjamin leaned down to kiss her "well aren't I so lucky I have you to believe in me"

Calliope had returned back to her home which was deeper in the forest. A wall of twisting and turning branches hid a small cozy yet large cottage . she sat on the hammock out front and pulled out a thin black note book "that's 30 deaths all in europe...man I hate doing good these log books" she muttered to herself "talking to yourself now callie" a very familiar voice spoke "emmy!!!!" Calliope tackled the dark haired vampire "how'd you find me anyway?" She asked "your scent was all over Benjamin so I followed it to this area. That and I know you so well" Emmet said "so uh when the hell were you going to tell me that you were back in america??? I thought I was your best friend" he asked "I got caught up with all the soul collecting and log books and then I met benny so I kinda forgot" she said "ouch. I see where I stand". Calliope just rolled her eyes "don't be such a big baby emmet" she said. they sat on the hammock together "so you and benjamin huh?" emmet said raising an eyebrow. callie blushed "he was really kind when i met him at the blood bank that i happen to own, and we just hit it off" she said. "you guys are cute together. though bella thinks you can't be trusted" he said "thats because she still thinks i'm human. i still hate her" callie glared at a tree "thats because you don't like her because she was human. that and you just don't like her as a person" emmet said. calliope yawned "you need to rest cal you've been collecting souls all day" "i'll sleep when i am dead....oh wait i am dead". emmet rolled his eyes at her and picked her up "haha very funny callie. you need sleep and you're going to sleep wheter you like it or not" he said going into the cottage. emmet placed her in her bed and covered her up "wait" callie grabbed his hand "stay with me till i fall asleep?" she asked he smiled "isnt that what best friends are for?" he asked sitting next to her "goodnight callie" he said as she closed her eyes.
