Backstory:* Neptune has a muggle father and a magical mother who live near Salem. As soon as his father, Dennis, found out that his son and wife were magical - when Nep was only ten - he couldn't believe it. The father then proceeded to leave the two alone.
Neptune and his mother, Jenna, fared well without Dennis until Nep was twelve. Dennis then said that he had accepted it and that he wanted to be in the family again.
Nep, by now, hated himself for being a wizard because it had caused his father to leave his mother. Neptune also hated his father for leaving them, but couldn't trust him any longer. The thoughts of running away were swirling in his head.
Then Jenna had to go visit her family that lived near and went to Hogwarts, leaving Neptune alone with Dennis.
Dennis abused Nep with insults for weeks while his mother was away, and after a while, he abused him physically with a belt. Neptune had never been very physical, and he couldn't attack him either, so he took it. Nep also didn't want to risk his mother being left again. Dennis also refused to feed him. Dennis absolutely loved Jenna and would never hurt her, nor would she hurt him.
So Neptune ran away.
He lived on the streets for the summer before his third year at Ilvermorny and then stayed at school. His closest friend, Darius, took him in for the summers up until now. He died his hair blue as well.
Personality: Neptune is very shy, but once you get to know him he is quite outgoing. He is a trickster along with Darius, but he does the planning while Dare does the action. He is very intelligent.
