Backstory:* Lucia was born to a magical father and a no-maj mother, who live in the Seattle area. Her mother is fine with the situation.
Personality: Lucia is energetic and very interested in the actual "doing stuff" aspects of school. She will fight to the death to protect those she loves and will save even the smallest soul from peril.
