Will be using a weird style, a made up legend, and Nyo!Japan for this
As so the legend of this forest goes, an angel fell and injured her wings.
Beginning, Sakura's POV
I opened my eyes. I've fallen from heaven and into a forest on earth. I'm terribly tired, I can't get up and I've broken my wing. I stared at the trees above me and heard a rustling sound. The sound came closer then stopped. Someone or something must have seen me. "Well then. This is new." A familiar male voice said. If I wasn't so tired then I could figure out who it was. The man picked me up and carried me somewhere.
The demon of the forest took the angel in and looked after her. Unlike his nature, he was gentle, caring and kind to her.
Middle, 3rd person
Sakura sat up in a bed and inspected her surroundings. She looked back at her wings and saw that they were carefully bandaged. "Are you alright?" Said a blonde figure standing at the doorway. Sakura looked over at the figure and she recognized him. "Mr. Jones?" She asked. "Call me Alfred." The figure, or Alfred, replied. "Alright, Alfred." Sakura said. "Thank you... For taking me in." Sakura added. "No problem. You just looked you needed help so... Yeah." Alfred said. As time flew past, the two were unknowingly falling for each other. With little moments, naps and flowers, they slowly try to admit it to each other. That is until one day.
One day, the angel approached the demon. Sadness hinting in her eyes and voice. She took up her courage and told him she had to leave. Once she had left, the demon waited forever for her to come back.
End, 3rd person.
"Alfred." Sakura said standing by the doorway leading outside. "Yeah?" Alfred looked up at her, taking note of the sadness in her voice. "What's wrong?" He asked. "They said I have to leave." Sakura said. "Who said you have to leave?" Alfred asked trying to mask his fury. "The angels." She said looking down. "I promise I'll come back one day." Sakura added knowing that what she promised might be impossible. Alfred got up from his spot and gave Sakura a small pine cone pendant. "Please come back soon." He said before placing a small kiss on her cheek. After Sakura had left, Alfred waited years for her to return.
Epilogue, 3rd person
Alfred sat on the porch of his home watching the leaves fall in the autumn wind. There wasn't a second that he didn't think about Sakura. It's been so long since he's seen her. Alfred began to wonder is she really would return. She couldn't break her promise could she? She was an angel and they value their promises. But he's a demon so would it make a difference? Alfred was so caught up in his thoughts that he failed to notice a young woman sitting next to him. Sakura out her hand over Alfred's. Alfred looked over at her, surprised that she kept her promise. "You actually came back." He said. "They said I may stay." Sakura said with a small smile playing at her lips.
