Chapter 6 pt. 2

Skylar's pov

After me and dad left the dance room we went straight to the kitchen to see what we could find to eat, looking at the clock I seen it was almost 7 so I decided to make dinner. After looking in the fridge I found some meat and decided to make tacos, i got out everything i needed and made sure I had enough for us and the guys, after I put the meat to cook I sat down at the table with my dad

" So.. " I said trying to start up a conversation.

" So.. " dad said back

" How's it going? " I asked

" It's okay, how's it going with you? " dad asked

" Uh it's alright, nothing much going on " i replied then got up from my seat to go stir the meat

" How are your friends " dad asked, they knew who my dad was and somehow didn't seem to mind which i was happy about.

" Pretty good, i'm thinking of maybe having a movie night here soon, is that okay? "

" Of course it is babygirl "

" Thanks daddy " i replied

After the meat was done i got all the flour tortillas warmed up and put meat in them and gave my dad his plate

" Boys dinner! " I called oh gosh I sound like a mom I thought to myself, one by one I heard lots of foot steps come down the stairs and come into the kitchen where I handed them their plates so they could put whatever they wanted on them and I got my plate as well and sat down next to dad

" Everything okay between you guys now? " Tyler asked after a minute or so of silence, me and dad looked at eachother with a smile and replied at the same time

" Yup "

" Good good " Tyler replied with a smile.

After we finished eating we all went to the living room and talked, after a while the boys started acting silly like always and telling jokes, the rest of the night was filled with laughter and jokes These are the moments I cherish I thought to myself. At about 11 I decided it was time for bed, I gave my dad a hug and a kiss on the check telling him I love him and did the same with all the boys then headed upstairs so I can change into my pajamas, wash my face and brush my teeth. After plugging my phone to the charger I layed in bed staring at the ceiling for a couple of minutes just thinking about how today went and within a couple of minutes I fell asleep

Jason's pov

Im so glad I have my babygirl back I thought to myself with a smile then layed down and went to sleep
