She wasn't what someone called beautiful. She was what people would describe as quite unusual. She had bright blue eyes, and  light brown hair that reached down her back.

She lived in a small town in Michigan. Quite different as she was from a small country in Europe, but she was born in the US so I guess you could call her an american girl.

As for that she had all the right qualities. She lived with her mom, and her little sister in a 2-bedroom apartment. Weird as it may look, everyone there loved her. Everyone who lived at the apartments, they were all like a big family.

She played with the little kids, she helped the elders, and as for everyone in between she was like a best friend, a sister, a cousin. Or at least, that's what it felt like.

She wasn't rich, as for the record she lived in one of the poorest neighborhoods, but she didn't care. She was happy, and she felt as if though everyone who lived there were her family, and if she had them she was blessed.

She didn't need cars, or expensive clothes, or diamonds, or a big house. All she wanted was them, her family. Her name was Ruby.

  Ruby's POV

"Ruby" - a small tiny voice, snapped me out of my trance. I turned around and saw Ana, a small 3-year old girl, who lived in the first floor. "Yes baby?" I answered, picking her up in my arms. "Play with me?" she asked giggling at me.

"Of course" I smiled and pecked her cheek. She picked up her small pink ball and started throwing it at me. I picked it up and throwed back at her. Soon about 4 other kids were outside too.

"Hey guys wanna play with us?' I asked them. They smiled and nodded their head. My 12 year old sister and our 2 cousins were playing not far, and a few 10 year old boys were there too. "Ruby hun?" Laila yelled from her doorstep.

"Hey laila" I said as I approached her. She was about 60 years of age, and she loved me. She acted like my grandma. "I'm sick, can you go grab my medicine at CVS down the street?" she asked.

"Of course" I smiled at her. She kissed my cheek and gave me her precription. "Anyone up for CVS?" I yelled at the kids outside. They cheered, and started walking in line, me picking up Ana the smallest one.

I looked at them and felt happy. They were all my family.

He was what someone would call hot. He had the looks, the money, the fame, the life.

He had curly brown hair, and green mesmerazing eyes. He practicly lived all around the world, because he was on tour so often. He was in the band One Direction, living the life.

Everything was good and he didn't want anything to change. He felt as life was perfect. Everyone was claiming that he was changing, but could you blame him?

He was an 19 year old boy who had the money, the fame and the girls. He wanted to enjoy it as much as he could. And no one could tell him he couldn't until Simon had asked them to go stay in this small town in Michigan for 6 months.

He didn't want to go but there was really nothing he could do. He wasn't looking forward to it. Oh and his name? Harry Styles.
