David Cole is a 78 year old man and Rose Cole is his wife of 53 years they are in a retirement home, they are a perfect example of love wins regardless of the circumstances.

*present day*

Hello beautiful you look amazing every morning , "yeah yeah you tell me that every morning " because it's true rose David says from the bathroom as he bushes the hair he has left to the side he laughs , rose walks into the bathroom and asks him "what's so funny", I never thought I would be bald I remember I had so much hair it would bother you.

"Yeah I would always tell you cut that animal off your head" those were the good days huh sweety back when we were still in our prime, " I don't know what your talking about I still got it " Rose says from the kitchen she starts laughing, " you on the other hand not so much". I still have you don't I so that means I still got it beautiful and don't forget that as he kisses her and walks to the table. "You look better this morning " yeah I feel better he gets up and pores himself a cup of coffee.

"What's the plan for today honey? " well darling I had a surprise for you Ive been planning it for a while, "oh I see you have been keeping secrets from me". No you didn't ask so I didn't keep it from you David says chuckling as he drops some hot coffee on his lap, "God damn that's hot " rose starts laughing "you see what happens when you act smart". Yeah yeah I know David and rose walk to the living room and David sits on the couch rose sits right there next to him "Remember when we did this when we were young we would stay like this all night just talking " David says as he looks in roses eyes she starts to doze off he looks at her and says in his mind " yep that's my princess and he kisses her head and he falls asleep.
