First off, I'd like to say hi! I'm new and this is the first story I'm taking a crack at. Give me a chance. The drama will build. Love y'all. Mwah.

***Sigh. Back in this hellhole. No matter how hard I prayed for an extra month of summer break, it just didn't come. "Stupid fall." I think. "Yea, I hate the whole 'having to come back to school' thing too." I realized I said it aloud after I jump a little at the sound of my best friends voice. "You scared me." I say through my laugh. "And it was hilarious and definitely worth it babe." She laughs along with me. We compare schedules searching for any classes we had together.
This is us entering 12th grade. We're finally the top dogs. So close to being a part of the real world and starting our lives the way we want. Although even in kindergarten I refused to let people mess with me and my friends, and except the fact that we were on the bottom. No matter how big they were. Of course we were always the smallest, which lead people to believe they could pick on us.
Bad choice. I don't back down. I will take the worst ass beating of my life before I run away with my tail between my legs.
Anyway, it turns out me and Alison have 3rd period advanced English 12, 4th period Calculus and lunch together. We smile and part ways heading to our seperate home room classes.
As soon as I walk through the door, a women in her 50s yells "Go grab a number. That's your locker." Into my ear. I run to the back of the room, after giving her a silent but deadly glare. I hate loud noises.
I looked for an odd number, knowing those were the top lockers. I smirk snatching the number 133 out of a boys hand. He sighs, catching on to the whole numbering thing.
I skim the lockers before me, sliding my hands down the cold metal wall. 133. 133. 133. I think to myself. I finally find it. Looking back to the slip of paper in my hand, I find the combo. I slowly put in the three numbers the first one going clockwise, the second counterclockwise, and the third clockwise, so I know I don't get it wrong.
But knowing me, of course I get it wrong anyway. I growl in frustration.
"Need some help?" a deep voice chuckles.
"This stupid thing won't open."
"Here, let me try." he asks holding his hand out. I hesitantly put the thin white paper in his hand, I am not a damsel in distress and I don't like asking for help.
"Show me how you put it in the first time."
I show him how I did it. Then he laughs at my impatience when the locker resists again.
"You did it wrong. Its counterclockwise, clockwise, counterclockwise. Not the other way around, doll face." he states putting in the combination.
I stare at my open locker and then slide my bag in.
"Thank y-" I turn to where the figure once stood but he's gone and the slip of paper sits on the top of my locker door.
I slowly walk back to the room as all of the kids rush out of the class like water from a stream. I got out there early so I wouldn't have to deal with clumsy people, my temper is short and I will hit a new kid.
The people who knew me, knew not to get me angry. If I'm mad, there's hell to pay. Even kids I didn't know we're afraid of me.
Word spreads fast when you beat down a girl and her slut patrol. 4 girls. They jumped me, and boy, that was quite a mistake. No reason behind her actions. But I haven't seen Lilly, leader of slut patrol, Skylar, second in command, and the other two since the fight last year.
But enough about my past. It's the first day and I'm feeling good about my outfit. I'm wearing a black cropped hoodie that comes just above my belly button. With jeans (that I cut myself then washed to exaggerate the holes). Covering the bottoms of my pants are combat boots that come up slightly past my ankle, tied off with my hair in a straightened pony tail. I can get through this year without any problems. I can do it. I can- my thoughts are interrupted when the teacher begins with your basic first day shit. Roll call. Classroom expectations. Rules. Homework. Classwork..... i'm lost in thought as I begin thinking about how nice the back of this boys head is. He's sitting in front of me so it's easy to stare without anyone noticing. His hair is perfectly short, naturally straight and has a nice light brown color. He's toned and muscular. A good 220 pounds. But none of it wasted on fat. Just muscle down to this dudes calf! One word to describe him: Sexy. And that's only his back! Wow.
....... what the hell was that? Since when do I compliment boys? Stop it. Focus on school and getting the fuck out of here.
Although for the rest of class I can't help but stare at his back, wondering what his front looked like. He kinda looks like the guy from the hallway...
Best. Hour. Ever.
