Memories I Want To Forget, But Can't.

Cody's POV

Flashback

Their vibrant eyes stared at me and they bared their fangs, showing I was their prey. Piercing screams in the background, making me worry. He wouldn't just leave me like that. With these monsters......right?

A shrill scream pierces the air, making them turn around and basically run towards the noise. I take the chance to scramble away before they noticed I was gone.

I ran as fast as I could, hearing a twig snap behind me, I couldn't help, but turn around and see that he, my very own best friend, looking at me the same way they were.

"Cody! Just give up! Become one of us and we'll rule the world together! But, with you as my queen." He calls from behind me. I just keep running.

"You must be crazy to think that! I'm sure most sane people wouldn't think that!" I shout at him, seeing my house. I hear his footsteps closer and I speed up.

The house is closer in view. Just a few more steps. Closer. A hand pushes me from the back and I tumble over. I hiss in pain before noticing the close proximity between him and I. I immediately back up, hitting the wall behind me and curse under my breath.

His glowing eyes bore into my blue ones and I cower back.

"You had your chance, now I guess I have to force you." He grabs me by my neck and snaps it.

Flashback Over

"Long time, no see aye Cody?"

A familiar voice, that I no longer wanted to hear filled my ears and my head shoots up.

"Jeff!" I hiss, my fangs pointing out a little. He chuckles humorlessly and smiles showing his fangs, his eyes glowing a bright orange.

"Now you know I can't do that Cody," He walks past me to Quinn. "Who is this beautiful lady?"

Quinn blushes and I scowl. "Stay away from her Jeff. I don't think she wants herpes."

"Now, now, now, my sweet, sweet, Cody. Don't act like that now!" He smirks, putting his arm around Quinn.

"Yea Cody! Stop being a buzz-kill." She wraps an arm around his waist and I growl— literally.

"Fine then. If you end up dead in the bottom of the ocean. Don't say I didn't warn you." I call in a sickly sweet voice before walking away.

She can die on her own…
