Simon's POV
I wake up around 10 am. I swing my arm over to Adele's side. Obviously I expect to feel Adele, but she isn't there. I sit up and look around but no one is there. I decide to get up incase she's downstairs. When I pass Harper's room I see Adele laying in bed with her. I walked closer to see Harper's head buried in Adele's chest, Adele's arms wrapped around her, and they were both turned on their sides. I would have woken Adele up but I could tell Harper felt safe. Without waking them up I slipped out of the room. Then walked down to the kitchen. I sat down at the counter to look at my phone.
A few minutes later I got a call from Penny. Obviously I have to answer because she has peanut.
Penny, "Simon."
"Yes, Penny?"
Penny, "How's Harper?"
"I think she's okay. How's Angelo?"
Penny, "He misses y'all and wants to see Harper."
"Oh wow. Well I'll tell Adele when she wakes up and we'll come get him. Sound good?"
Penny, "Sounds good. Bye Simon."
"Bye."
Adele's POV

I woke up with Harper snuggled close to me. I gently kissed the top of her head. She started to move around so I whispered, "Hey, hun, I'm going to get up. You can still sleep."
She mumbled in a reply. I kissed her forehead then got up. I walked down stairs and saw Simon.
"Hey, babe."
Simon replied, "Hey! Is Harper still asleep?"
"Yeah, why?"
"Let's go get Angelo before she wakes up."
"Okay. Let me text her so she'll know if she wakes up before we are back."
"Sounds good babe."
I texted her then got a coat and shoes. I walked to the door to see Simon waiting on me. We smiled at each other then walked out the door.
We arrived at my mum's house very quickly.
"Hey I'll get out and you can wait."
"Okay, baby."
I got out of the car and knocked on Mum's door. My mum greeted me with a warm hug. Then I saw my little man. He was running full speed towards me, tripping over his own feet. I couldn't help but laugh when he toppled into my chest. I pulled him up into a tight hug. After a few minutes of me smothering him he pulled away and gave me kisses. He yelled, "Mummy, I missed you so so so so so much!"
"I missed you peanut! Now we better get going so you can see Harper!"
As I picked him up and rested him on my hip he clapped his chubby, little hands together.
"Thank you again Mum. It honestly means a lot."
She replied, "It's no problem, sweetie."
"We'll see ya later."
I walked out the door and took Angelo to the car. After strapping him in his car seat I got in the car.
Angelo was babbling non stop about how much fun he had.
Once he took a little break I asked, "Angelo, are you ready to see Harper?"
He replied, "My sissy, Harpa? Of course I am. We're going to have so much fun. I can't wait, Mummy."
Simon looked over to me and grabbed my hand.
"I'm glad peanut."
Soon enough we were pulling up at our house. I got out and unbuckled peanut. He looked so excited. I grabbed his hand then we walked in. Before I could do anything Angelo was sprinting up the stairs. I knew exactly where he was going. To find Harper.
I gave Simon a panicky look then we both ran up the stairs after peanut. We reached Harper's room but Angelo had already made it. Harper was barely awake. Angelo was sitting on top of her poking her face and cheeks. He looked over to me while smiling. Harper looked completely stunned. Angelo looked back at her and poked her cheeks some more. After a while he looked at me and Simon and yelled, "Mumay is she real!?"
We all laughed and I answered, "Of course she's real. Now Angelo come on let's let her get some rest."
Angelo sighed and bent down to hug her. Just as he was about to get down Harper stopped him.
She asked, Hey, Angelo? Why don't you stay with me for a little longer?"
He immediately wrapped his arms around her neck in a huge bear hug. He made himself quite at home by getting under the covers and snuggling up to her.
I said, "Well we'll be back later."
Angelo yelled, "Bye Mummy, bye Daddy!"
We all laughed again. Simon had already walked down to the kitchen but I wanted to stay a little longer. Just before I left I heard Angelo whisper, "Sissy, I love you."
Harper whispered back, "I love you too."
I smiled and quietly cracked the door. Everything is perfect now.
