When I went home I saw Hayley sitting on the couch watching tv.
The house smelled like weed.
"Hey where's mom?" I asked
"Not home."
I looked at the clock and it was already 10:00
"It's late you should go to sleep, you have school tomorrow."
"So do you."
"Ok but your in middle school."
"So? I can go what I want."
"Hayley, if you don't go upstairs right now I will throw you out the window. Now go."
She rolled her eyes and walked upstairs.
I heard my phone go off, I wasn't really surprised who it was.

B- hey
A- hi
B- Wyd?
A- nothing, waiting for my mom.
B- she isn't home?
A- no
B- wow smh when did she leave?
A- yesterday night idk she is always going out on nights
B- doing?
A- getting drunk, what else?
B- you never told me your mom did that.
A- oh well sorry she doesn't really stay out this long tho. She probably left us
B- oh ok well gtg
A- bye

I thought I was kinda dumb for telling Brennan what my mom does but at the same time I really didn't give a shit.
My phone went off again. This time is was Katie
K- hey, Brennan told me what happened

A- and? Why the hell do you care?
K- because if I was your mom I would have done the same thing.

I turned off my phone and walked upstairs. When I got in my room I turned off my light and went to sleep.
