Hitting the town

I'm in hell! I've got to be, this place is a city girls nightmare. It's the type of town where everybody knows your name and your life story. I don't see one skyscraper or office building. Where are the shopping outlets? Where do these people buy clothes I don't see a forever 21 anywhere.

"Close your mouth you'll let the flies in" I hadn't realized it was open. But I can't believe my mother would send me to such a place. Am I being punished? "I'm sorry did I died and go to hell? Where do you people buy food, get take out, or like so shopping?" Zach stood and stared at me for a few minutes before he started laughing. He collected himself rather quickly when he seen the serious look on my face. "Come on city girl I wanna take you to meet some friends"

We walked for what seemed like only a few minutes but was really close to a half hour. I'm used to walking living in New York City. We walked past a few corner stores a couple with clothing and I hate to admit it but the cute vintage looking clothes were actually cute. I mean I guess I could get use to this. Their weren't crowded sidewalks and horns blaring it was kinda peaceful here. I can hear birds and smell trees real tress not the plastic ones they put along the sidewalks. We came up to a building that read arcade on the front I seen a few teenagers skateboarding out back so I guess this is the hang out spot. We walked in an immediately people noticed our presence mostly mine. The looks on their faces made me feel uncomfortable. "Hey everyone this is Casey she is staying with me and my brothers for a few months" they all looked back and fourth between me and zack and then they all started to say hello and introduce them selves.

After awhile I forgot most of their names but I found a group a really cool people. They probably weren't the coolest but they weren't weirdos or outsiders they were my kind of people. One of their names were Jodi she had red hair and green eyes with freckles the typical red head. Another Claire she was blonde and very leggy with blue eyes and dimples she was beautiful. Her boyfriend Steven was tall dark and handsome really mysterious. They seemed really perfect for each other their were a few more but I didn't bother to remember their names. "Hey guys ill be back I have to use the restrooms one sec" they nodded in response so I know they heard me.

I made my way to the bathrooms looking at the pictures on the walls not paying attention to where I was going. I ran into a wall or wait walls don't breathe I looked up into kaden's eyes. He looked surprised to see me. He stared then it turned into a smile. "Hey Casey what are you doing here?" His mood swings are causing me whiplash. Is he bipolar or something? "No reason Zach brought me to make some friends" he nodded his head but what he said next really made me think he had something going on in his head. "Do you wanna go somewhere with me I'd like to show you something." He ran his hands through his hair and rubbed the back of this neck he looked nervous or anxious for my reply. I wanted to say no because he has major moods wings but the words that came out were surprising to me like my mouth had its own mind. " yeah sure" WHAT!

"Cool, follow me" much like I had a choice he grabbed my hand and led me down a hallway through what I think is the back door. We walked for about 10 minutes until we reached a woods. I've never been in one before and it scared me shitless in every horror movie I ever watched the killer takes his victim into the woods and kills them. I don't think kaden would kill me I hope. "We are going in their?" He chuckled but grabbed my hand and pulled me in. "It's fine I don't bite" we walked for another few minutes we before we stopped. "Close your eyes" I obliged and kaden took me deeper and I could hear a faint sound or running water and birds signing. He whispered into my ear. "You can open your eyes now" this breathe fanned the back of my neck causing me to shiver. Chills ran up and down my spine. Why do I feel this way? It can't be kaden mr. Bipolar so what? I slowly opened my eyes gasping at the sight. "Omg it's beautiful!"

Hey this is my first time writing and I think I'm doing pretty good but I wanna know what you guys think I could do to make it better. I am going to go throw and edit my chapters here soon. I also don't put up pictures of characters because I want you to be able to imagine who ever you want. I know I do that when I read stories. But anyway a little about me hi my name is Justine I am 16 and a sophomore in high school! My favorite class is English and I love to read.
