AN: Here's chapter 2. Enjoy!

===================================

The whistle blew off like a kettle. I dribbled the ball forward, aiming for only 1 thing in my head. Championship and the trophy.

In case you hadn't noticed, I am currently in the 2nd half of a soccer match. It is the finals and the last year of my high school as well. Basically what I mean is that this might be the last match with the soccer team and we have to win this.

Ever since the day I broke up with Matt, I got an interest in soccer and guess what... I loved it. Excluding trainings of course. I played either midfielder or a striker.

Damn, I was actually good at sports for once!

Soccer became my favourite hobby, my passion, the reason why I am whom I am today.

Ahead of me, there was a defender. I used the classic trick. I pretended to go to my right but at the last second I pushed the ball to the left.

Sike! You should have seen the look on her face. It was like when you think someone's waving at you but they're actually waving at someone behind you. Then, it gets all awkward cause you wave back.

Anyways, I pass the ball to one of my teammate, Vanessa.

She receives it and dribbles forward avoiding all the tackles. I sprint forward and no one seems to have noticed me.

"Vanessa, I'm open." I shout and she spots me and passes the ball. At this moment, the defenders are rushing to stop me.

This is the perfect timing, now or never. I aim for the top right corner as goalkeepers find it harder to dive at the corners. I step back, do a a short sprint and kick and BAM.

The ball touches the net and we score a goal.

I immediately high-five the members. Our friends and family cheering us on.

The match is over and we all get a break. We had won the match. Everyone's family are hugging and praising their daughters while mine are probably just busy at work.

You see, the problem is my parents want me to go to medical school or law school. They allow me to play soccer just in high school because they think that it's a 1 time thing and I'll somehow get tired of soccer and abandon it and I'll realise my parents were right all along.

Really supportive, I know.

"Hey Ellie!" Lucy calls out. " You did well there." She says with a smile. "Thanks," I reply back. "Just know that I will always support you no matter what!" She say enthusiastically and we hug each other.

"We've got the trophy." Vanessa announces to Coach David in triumph.

"It was probably luck wasn't it?" He remarks.

Okay another thing to tell. You see, Coach David here is very fond and biased toward the boys team. I do not despise the boys team but because of a jerk-face here, we have to question ourselves and him what is so hard for him to give us some credit for winning or trying.

A small okay or good would have been more than enough, not some nasty comments. Seriously he should be fired from our school.

"Well if it was luck that caused us to win, luck must not be on the boys side. Karma can be quite a bitch sometimes but a rightful one considering how the coach of the team is." I blurt out, feeling angered.

There is a release of oooohs and slay and preach.

"Elise Jones. I will not tolerate such language and for the usage of such word, I will have to ban the girls team from participating in the end-of-years competitions." Coach David almost shouts.

There is a burst of protests.

'Okay tf did you just cause and say Elise?!'

Yes my mind talks with my own self and it just happens out of nowhere sometimes. It seems like my mind must not be in control of my mouth today.

"Okay listen here y-you little piece of...dirt" I say trying not to curse.

Was that seriously the best you could come up with?Vigorous shaking of head.

"What??" I reply but realise that I said it out loud.

At this point a group of people have gathered to see the commotion including Matt and his teammates.

"You can't simply ban us from the end-of-year competitions. You have no authority in doing that and I know it." I say almost smiling cause all teams of every school participates and it's a huge event. Where VIP people of sports schools come to watch and choose some good athletes and enrol them in their academy/college/school.

Who knew that Dad's tutoring could actually help me in the future.

There are mutters of yeah's.

"Okay...fairly right . I might have to give you credit for that." He says.

WOAH.

Who knew that there will come a day when coach praises me for my comebacks.

"But did you seriously think you girls are good enough to even get in a sports school." He says laughing and emphasising the word 'girls'.

At that the boys team start laughing and not just some fake ass laughing but actual serious laughing. Even Matt whom I thought had matured a bit more is laughing hysterically.

I clench my fists to keep from punching them. I could also sense the rage radiating off from my team mates.

I, Elise Jones, have tolerated LOTS of things in life. I have tolerated running out of chocolate, period cramps, my annoying twin brother, even some cringe pickup lines but there is 1 thing I can't tolerate; bullshit.

"First of all, I will not tolerate your crap. Secondly, I will not tolerate discrimination against women. Lastly, if you said the girls team are not winning the matches. Be careful cause you might not want to end up jinxing yourself." I say with a glare and leave, my team mates following.

For once in my lifetime, I felt like a true badass.
A savage.

A bonus was I somehow managed to not fall or do something to make a fool out of my self.

I smirk.
