4||√Ja'Far x Lonely! Reader

Attention

"Hey Ja'Far? I'm bored." I say, with a bored expression on my face. "How much longer will it take for you to finish?"

"I'll finish when I'm finish Name so be patient and find something else to do." Ja'Far said. He didn't even look up once from his work.

"But I'm bored! There's nothing to do." I complain resting my arms on the desk as I watch him work. I can't help but think how amazing Ja'Far is. After all, he can put up with Sinidiot all the time.

"No, now Name. I'm busy." Ja'Far said.

I sigh and nod my head walking out of the room. All I want to do is spend time with Ja'Far, but thanks to that Idiot King Sinbad, Ja'Far is caught up doing his work. Maybe I can find away to get Ja'Far's attention and he'll take a break and spend time with me! But how do I do it...?

I sit in the garden with a pencil and paper in my hand thinking of ideas.

"Whatcha doing Name ?" I hear a familiar voice say behind me.

"Oh Aladdin! I'm trying to think of ideas to Ja'Far's attention!" I exclaim, looking at the blue haired magi.

"Eh really? Can I help?" He asks, with a bright smile and sparkling eyes.

"Of course! I could use all the help I can get!" I say, enthusiastically.

Aladdin and I sit in the garden discussing ideas to help me get his attention and some of them may actually work!

Attempt 1

I walk into his office with a cup of water and look at him. "I'm bored." I say, before drinking the cup of water.

"Oh no I've been poisoned!" I exclaim in a dramatic voice as I fall to the ground dramatically holding my throat. "I'm dying!" I say.

Ja'Far does look up from his work. "Go play somewhere else Name." Ja'Far said, sighing in disapproval.

I sit up on the floor and puff my cheeks out pouting, before I stand up and walk out of the room.

"Good try Name next time surely will work!" Aladdin encourages.

Attempt 2

I walk back into the room Ja'Far is in, blue marker drawn on my face from my eyes down to my chin. It was supplied to look like tears. "J-Ja'Far! I bit my tongue... Waaaaa!" I tried to sound like I'm crying.

"Name are you stupid? Putting marker on you skin is basically poisoning yourself." Ja'Far said looking up for a short moment with a annoyed expression on his face.

I sigh and walk out of the room once again with a feeling of disappointment.

"Third times a charm... Right!" Aladdin said, smiling.
Attempt 3

I open Ja'Far's door and before I could even take a step in he looks at me with a death glare. "Go away." He said, in a annoyed tone of voice. "I'm busy! If your bored go do something away from me!"

I sighed and nodded my head walking and shutting the door. I sat with my back against the door and Aladdin sat next to me. "I'm sorry things aren't working out for you Name!" Aladdin said, looking at me.

"It's fine... I guess Ja'Far will eventually be done with his work... Right?"

Aladdin looked at me with a sad expression. Before standing up and looking at me. "N-Name... There's something I want to tell you..." Aladdin said, with a blush on his face. "I-I like you! I like you a lot! Just because Mr. Ja'Far isn't giving you attention doesn't mean I won't! I'll do anything in my power to make you happy!" Aladdin grabs my hand pulls be up, away from the door, just in time. To my surprise Ja'Far was standing there with a annoyed expression.

"That won't be necessary, Aladdin." Ja'Far says, grabbing my hand and pulling me away from the small magi. He wrapped his arms around and glared at Aladdin "I'm done with my work and I'll be spending time with Name."

Aladdin looked as if he was going to die laughter. "Have fun with that!" Aladdin said, before walking away from us.

Two things occurred to me. One, that Aladdin had a backup plan if mine failed and Ja'Far was hugging me. When I realized that fact I felt my cheeks heat up. "J-Ja'Far?!"

"You wanted attention. Now you've got it." Ja'Far said.
