It had been close to a year after Name's country had been destroyed by Al Thamen. She was the only survivor of the country thanks to her childhood best friend, Kouha Ren coming to her aid, just before she was killed. Her family and the citizens of the country had already been killed. The Kouha had convinced his family to allow her to stay in the Kou Empire in one of the of many spare rooms they had.Name rarely left her room and rarely ever said anything to anyone, including Kouha. She would mostly reply with a nod or a yes or no. The maids would normally bring her food to her room and leave it on the table. The first few months she would eat most of her food like normal. Half a year past and she ate hardly maybe a few bites of her food and currently she eats maybe a few bites of weekly. Sometimes she'd just throw the food out the window. She was very skinny and her hair was normally worn in a Pony tail or braid, depending on if a maid or Kouha did her hair.

Name laid in her bed with no sign of emotion written on her face. Her eyes where focused on nothing in particular, her mind in her previous kingdom with her family, laughing and smiling. The door to her room opened slowly and Name snapped out of her trance and turned her head to the door. She saw Kouha standing there with an slightly smile on his face. Name did her best to return the smile but, it was quite clear to Kouha it was fake.
Kouha walked over to her bed and sat AT on the corner of it looking at her. "The maids said you haven't been eating well." Kouha said, looking at Name. "You need to make sure you take care your health... you worry me..."
Name looked at her hands and simply nodded her head. "I'll try..." she stated, quietly before looking up at the pink hair male. "Though I find it very hard to eat..."
Kouha looked at Name, as he tried to find the right word to say to her. "If you need anything, you know what to do..."'he said, smiling standing up and walking out of the room.

A week had past since the last time Name spoke to Kouha, she would stand up and walk around her room then sit down and stare at the ceiling as usual, thinking about the family she had lost. The maids would bring her food in and she'd eat a few bites and leave the rest of it on her plate despite what Kouha had requested of her. She closed her eyes and tried her best to fall asleep, which was very hard for her. She would doze off ever now and then but never into a deep sleep.

Today was the day that marked the year her kingdom vanished before her eyes. She didn't even touch the food on her plait. She was to the point she wanted to cry. It was so hard to imagine that it had already been a year since she had last seen her family. She was missing them so much. Her heart was aching for them. She glanced around the room and saw a hair pin laying on her dresser. She stared at it for many moments before an idea formed in her mind. "I could use that to take me to my parents..." she muttered out loud quietly to herself. She stood up out of her bed and walked over to the dresser hesitantly picking up the metal hair pin, with a sharp point. She placed her back against the wall before lifting her hands, the point of it facing downward. A smile formed on her face as tears started streaming down her face. The door to her room swung open, she didn't turn her head towards the sound. Before she knew it, the hair pin was pulled out of her hands and two arms where wrapped around her holding her tightly.
"I know it's hard..." A voice said, she realized it belonged to Kouha. "I know its hard to deal with the loss of a loved one... but please... please don't leave me Name"
