Waking up next to Louis is, well, it’s something Harry wants to do for the rest of his life. He was laying half on top of Louis, covering most of his body. Louis was warm and soft and he smelled nice and Harry never wanted to leave. He sighed, happily and pressed a kiss to Louis’ shoulder, before moving to sit up. Louis groaned and fluttered his eyes open, blinking at Harry and smiling.

‘’Morning.’’ Harry muttered, standing up. Louis looked at him, confused.

‘’Where are you going?’’ Harry smiled sadly and leaned down to press a quick kiss to Louis’ lips.

‘’I have to go home.’’ Louis pouted and sat up, looking at Harry, as he walked around the room, picking up his clothes.

‘’Can’t you stay for a while?’’ Harry shook his head and ruffled Louis’ hair, before walking out. Louis sighed and laid back on his bed. At least he’ll get to talk to him later.

Well, he did get talk to him. Weeks later, when school started.  Louis called before, of course he did; he texted Harry too, but he always got ignored. He also hoped he’ll see Harry in the park or bakery, but a week after he dragged Stan out at 9pm, because ‘he was hungry and he wanted to sit’ which really made no sense, Stan told him Harry was out of town with a ‘friend’ ever since he stayed at Louis’. To which Louis, of course, laughed because Stan didn’t know they kissed, and he won’t because, apparently Harry found someone else already. He spent the next 2 weeks before school thinking of reasons why Harry would leave like that. He got nothing, but sadness from it, though. So, that plan failed. When school started, Louis tried to act happy, but that was kind of hard, seeing Harry but only getting ignored by him.

It was about a week after the school stared that Louis ran into Harry and his friends. He was about to say something, anything, when one of the guys started laughing. ‘’You’re that gay guy, yeah? Why don’t you go somewhere else, we don’t need any of your gayness here.’’ Louis looked at Harry, thinking he’ll say something, but Harry just laughed along and looked away. Louis stared at him for a couple of second, before nodding to himself and walking away. He felt tears prickling in his eyes, because wow, that hurt, and wow, he was so stupid for thinking Harry cared at all.

Louis was on the pavement already, his oversized sweater, hanging on his body, not really protecting him from the cold British weather, when he felt someone grab his sleeve, stopping him around. Louis spun around and tensed when he saw those beautiful green eyes he missed so much. But instead of smiling and forgetting everything that happened, he just glared at him.

‘’Let go of me.’’ He growled. Harry opened his mouth, eyes pleading and Louis really wanted to leave. ‘’Let go of me, Harry.’’ He said warningly. He really didn’t want to cry in front of Harry.

‘’Lou, babe, please.’’ Harry pleaded, holding onto Louis’ wrist.

Louis glared at him again. ‘’Don’t call me that.’’ Harry looked like he was about to cry.

‘’We need to talk, please, I need to talk to you.’’

‘’I don’t want to hear it, Harry! You left in the morning, and you’ve been ignoring me. I know enough.’’ Louis snapped, trying to pull his arm out of Harry’s grip, but Harry only moved closer, holding Louis’ hip with the other hand. Louis stepped back, glaring at him, as much as he could through his tears. Harry was about to say something when Liam and Zayn appeared. Zayn placed his hand on Louis’ shoulder, while Liam stood next to him, both glaring at Harry.

‘’I think you should leave now.’’ Liam said, staring at Harry. Harry tried to hold back his tears (failing at it) as he nodded and walked backwards, away from Louis. He watched as Louis turned to Zayn, pressing his face in his chest, and started shaking. Harry, well, Harry wasn’t much better. His face was wet and all he wanted to do is run up to Louis, hug him and kiss him and just hold him, but Liam was still glaring at him, while Zayn was holding Louis and kissing his head and Harry has never felt more jealous.  He watched as Liam and Zayn lead Louis away before he ran after them. But he was too late. And the thought he may be too late to get Louis back too, broke him.
