Mingyu had been sitting infront of his laptop for almost an hour ever since his eyes fluttered open. It was 4 in the morning and he woke up this early just to wait for Pledis' official statement that he had asked of their CEO the other day. Despite it being an unholy hour, his nervousness and anticipation kept his eyes open. The article would be published any minute.
The boy stood up from his seat and went out to the living room, doing some stretches as he made his way straight to the kitchen. He took out a glass and poured himself some milk to drink and went back to his position earlier. He almost spit out the drink filling his cheeks as he noticed the company finally released it. He crossed his fingers and clicked on the link of the article. He could hear his heartbeat getting louder and his palms were getting sweaty.

"Oh. My. Gawd. Ohhoooo~" Mingyu exclaimed and started to jump joyfully up and down on the floor..
"Keep it down, Gyu~ Trying to sleep..." mumbled Coups in an annoyed way, and Jeonghan groaned upon the lights switching on and off.
"Guys guys wake up I got good news!" the tallest shook Woozi's legs to wake him up.
"Wae? It's... 4:30 in the morning..." Coups complained and sat up.
"Hyung, guess what?"

The younger excitedly showed his laptop's screen to his hyung, making him read the recently-posted article. Coups looked at him with his eyes widening and Mingyu made those weird noises he always made every time he becomes too excited. Jeonghan threw a pillow at him and groaned once again.
"Mingyu, go to sleep!"
"Sorry hyung." Mingyu chuckled and threw the pillow back.
"But does that mean we get to date, too?"
"Molla, but to me, all I care about is the fact that I can see Yein anywhere I want."
"That's great, kid. I'm happy for you." Coups grinned at him and clenched his teeth. "But I'm not happy about you waking me up so early for this!"
