Violets POVAfter I asked my little favor (moving some furniture up to the attic) the boys all were heaving up chairs and tables and knick knacks up to the attic as if they weren't heavy at all. The only person that really had a problem with helping was Luke.
Ahh dear Lucas. Wait, is his full name even Lucas? Whatever. Anyways, Luke. I can't understand him. Well, more like the fact I can't understand why he's being such an ásshöle.
"This is the last thing, right?" Michael whined a bit as he was holding curtains and a curtain rod and I nodded.
I followed all of them up the attic, except for Luke the piece of Puke, who was in the attic the whole time just sitting on the bay window looking outside at the storm.
"Well, I guess my secret hideout isn't much of a secret to you guys." I mumbled. "Just don't tell anyone about the attic okay? Not my mother, not blehk, not anyone." I said sternly as the boys all nodded.
"I'm guessing blehk refers to Andrew?" Ashton asked as he finished helping Michael out of the sheer curtains.
I nodded as I examined their work, "innnndeed."
"But uh, what's so bad about him?" Ashton asked causing me to pull out of my pocket an imaginary list.
I unfolded this imaginary list and pretended that it went all the way to the ground. I cleared my throat before replying, "one. What's not bad about him.", I smirked before sticking the imaginary list back in my pocket.
"Guys! Cookies are done!" My mom yelled from downstairs. Ashton, Michael and Calum both rushed out of the attic and down the stairs to the kitchen. Boys. Then I noticed that Luke didn't leave.
I hesitated before looking at him, "Are you coming?" I asked and he remained staring out to window before silently getting up, which I perceived as a yes.
I began climbing down the latter of the attic but before I knew it, I lost my footing and I was expecting to feel the slap of the hardwood floor against my limp body, but instead I felt arms pull me back.
I slowly opened my eyes before looking down at the arms around me and then looking at who they belonged to, which could obviously only be Luke.
I looked up to see his deadly stare, burning holes into my fare skin, before he quickly let go after I was holding onto the latter. I kind of felt.. Good, I mean he basically saved me.. And I was thankful, well that is until he opened his mouth, "Are you going to say Thank you or continue staring at me."
Offfff course.
I rolled my eyes before mumbling a 'thank you' and making my way downstairs with Luke trailing behind me.
We made it to the kitchen where I found the three boys stuffing their faces with cookies.
"Uhm, where's my mom?" I asked as I looked around.
The boys looked up at me before Calum spoke, "She said she was going somewhere, uh she said she wouldn't be back for a while and she had a suitcase with her."
Of course. This was typical of my mother. Always working on business trips. Always doing nothing but work. She didn't even say goodbye, which again was typical. And she obviously must've known in advance that she would be going for a business trip because she wouldn't have been done packing if she was.
"Andrew is here though." Michael mumbled before I nodded and I guess Ashton noticed something off.
"We should watch some movies." He smiled and finished his cookie.
