"Are you sure you are ready?" Remus asks his lover tenderly. While he wanted to be pateient with Amelia and take things slow, both Amelia and Sirius seemed quick to rush things. "She's ready and she'll be back here in no time!" Sirius exclaims, still rubbing where his friend had smacked his arm. Amelia gave a quick glance to him before turning back to her partner. Everything seemed to move at a quickened pace, yet at a stand still. She felt as if she was just going through the motions as she tried to take in any important information she would need for her trip. Being assured that no time would pass, so she would still be able to support Harry with the triwizard tournament, and not raise suspicion with an abrupt sabbatical from work.

"It's all planned out!" Sirius begins excitedly. " Her name and family will allow her easy access into the Black home, my mother loved you by the way (though I know that's not exactly a good thing). Once she explains everything to me she'll have all the support she needs to get to Hogwarts. Everything will go by just as it should. It's perfect!"

Amelia felt as if she herself was not in control as she made her way to the fireplace and put the timeturner over herself. Sirius had given her a sealed letter she was instructed to pass on to Dumbledore once she made it to Hogwarts. Everything had been so meticulously planned and yet she felt so unsure of it all. Though it did not seem that she had an option in any of it.

Remus noticed that Amelia was beginning to get overwhelmed so he signals Sirius to stop. "Amelia" he says quietly, moving forward to put his hand on her shoulder. "I know this is overwhelming and if I could, I would not ask this of you." He slowly interlaces their fingers together to provide what little comfort he can. "But I know you can do this. You can meet James and Lilly and you will have myself and Sirius by your side. You can do this Amelia."

"I still have so many questions" she starts. Remus nods in understanding, holding her hand tightly. "I know, and I so wish to be able to give you those answers, but I don't. I still don't know all the answers. What I do know, is that a young man and his friends will soon be meeting a most spectacular woman. One that will completely change their lives for the better, and finally give that man's life meaning." Looking up at the man in front of her, Amelia pulls into a kiss, the last one she will have with him. She took the time to study everything that was this man. His smell. His touch. All the scars and marks that scattered his body. Everything that was him. This him.

Breaking away she stared deep into his eyes "you better be right here when I get back." He smiles sadly "I won't leave the house until you do." He pecks her on the lips once more before backing away with Sirius.

Standing there, Amelia nods to herself a moment, once again reassuring herself as she grabs the time turner hanging around her neck. Turning it fourteen times, just once less required of her, she pauses. Looking back up to Remus and Sirius, they give her reassuring nods. She takes the last look of the pair at this age for an undetermined time, takes a hesitant look down, twists it one last time before pressing the button.

The time turner begins flipping around quickly as Amelia goes father and father in the past. Looking up she sees silhouettes of people moving backwards in a fast manner. The condition of the living room also gets better as the walls turn to its original shade of emerald green and the dust is cleared. When the time turner stops completely, Amelia was alone.

The living room was returned back to its former glory, with all its accessories restored to it's rightful place. The lighting was dim with only the fireplace's eerie glow allowing me to see. While what surrounded her was restored to the original pristine nature, Amelia couldn't help but feel the place had gotten colder with an almost malicious aura enveloping her.

The sound of footsteps came from the stairs as she saw the house elf walk into the living room. "I wasn't aware mistress was having visitors today." He looked younger and seemed to be filled with life as his original owners were still alive. It took Amelia a second before she spoke, her mind trying to make sense of what has happened. " I am unexpected I'm afraid. Though it is rather important if I speak with the lady of the house." Kreacher seemed wary of the unexpected visitor, though he disappeared in a flash, assuming to get his master.
