Derek Gerard: The Trip to love

The First Date Car Chase

Derek Gerard was just a 21-year-old YouTuber, desperate for love. He walked over to his car, He was going to go to Vidcon that week and was sweating all over. He put the keys in and began to drive down the highway. In the corner of his eye, he saw a person dressed in red, that person was me. after my car broke down, I needed somebody to hook up my car to a repair station. Derek was the only one to stop and ask if I needed any help. He I told me I could take a ride if I wanted to, "In my car, by the way," He Cleared up. I laughed and stepped into his car.

He said where he was going and said there is a station up ahead, about 7 miles.

He began to drive down the road, "The name's Derek Gerard." 

My mind suddenly realized this was HIM. I knew I recognized him from somewhere but I couldn't put my mind to it.

"You mean, The YouTuber?" I Asked.

"Yes, Are you a fan?" He Asked.

"Of course, I'm even subscribed to you!"

Derek smiled "out of the 40,000,000 people in Canada, I wouldn't expect to meet someone who is a fan of me!"

I laughed but Derek shushed me quick, "Look,"

I saw a gas station, the window was shattered and loud shouting was heard. "Wait Here" Derek dashed into it. I saw him take a man with a black mask's gun and ran out. The criminal took out another two guns and began to fire at Derek. The guy fired Me at the gas tank and an explosion occurred.

The man ran to a car going through the road. He pulled an old man out and drove after me and Derek. He fired his gun at me, while my head was outside the window. Derek pulled me back into the car before the bullet could enter my head. I didn't hesitate to thank him. "It's Okay," He said. 

I took Derek's Gun and tried to fire at the guy's wheels. I hit his left front one. At this point, The clip holding me and Derek's car came loose and my car though itself towards the car chasing us. It swerved to avoid it but he crashed into another wall killing the driver and destroying the car.

After that, Derek asked if I wanted to go home, I asked to Stay, I said I wouldn't be alive without him. He pulled over towards a cornfield, He got out of the car, I got out too. I put my hands around his waist. He looked into my eyes, a tear dripping off my face.

Our first kiss that day was the greatest experience of my life.

As we kissed Derek suddenly got a burst of intelligence.

"come on," He said "I can't go to Vidcon without you"
