Hey, everyone! So quick Author's note before I start this chapter, but are you guys okay? The reason why I ask is because as of right now 67% of the readers of my last chapter are the age of 25-35 years old and you don't know how to cook eggs? Like, I'm normally not one to judge, but I am almost 13 and I know how to cook eggs and the majority of you are 25-35 and don't know too? Like eggs are so easy how even? You know what, I don't care. I'm just here to educate you about how to make different kinds of eggs.
(By the way, I am on PC right now and I can see your genders and age, so if you don't like that change it to private. It's not an exact of your age, but I have 25-35, 67% and 13-18, 33%. For gender I have 67% female, and 33% male. 66% of you live in the USA and the other 33% present of you live in Canada. Make sure to change your things private if you don't like this.)
Note: *I use guys, dude and bro as gender neutral pronouns if this offends you I'm sorry, message me about it and I'll stop, okay?
Anyway, on with the story. You will need... A pan, eggs, spatula, and plate. (Optional...Milk, seasonings and a fork.)
Step 1.) Heat the stove, and place the pan on top. If you have an older stove, you will want to heat it two notches to the left of 'Medium' meaning it's two notches hotter than medium.
Step 2.) While the stove is heating up, use this time to get all the materials needed. I would go ahead and get out the plate, eggs and spatula, and place them next to the stove so I could get to it easily.
Step 3.) Wait for the pan to finish heating, if you don't, you may get salmonella (from raw egg). It's quite rare if the egg is infected with salmonella, but it's better to be safe than sorry.
Step 4.) Pick up an egg and crack it, then quickly hover the egg over the pan and move your hand so the egg falls Into the bottom of the pan. Then, discard the egg shells into the trash.
Step 5.) If desired, continue to do step 4, then you may proceed to step 6.
Step 6.) Once you're cracking the eggs, and discarding the shells, pick up the spatula and move the spatula around, in the eggs. The eggs should be in a few chunks by now.
Step 7.) Optional, get some milk and pour in the eggs, the amount of milk needed will change, depending on how many eggs are in the pan, if you have one egg, 1-2 milk caps full of milk. Two eggs, 3-4 milk caps full of milk. I would go on, but it would take too much time. Just pour in a bit or so if you aren't sure, but it probably shouldn't go over 1 tablespoon.
Step 8.) Stir the eggs all together, with the milk too, if you added it.
Step 9.) Once you are happy with the consistency of the eggs, pick up the pan, with a handle, but make sure the handle isn't hot, if it is you'll need a potholder. Then push the eggs from the pan to the plate, you can use the spatula or fork.
Step 10.) Turn off the stove and you're done! You now have successfully cooked scrambled eggs! Remember, you can always change up the recipe, just be careful not to hurt yourself or others in the process.
I know some of you may not make your eggs this way, but this is how I do it and I decided to share it!
