Dear Diary,

When I awoke from my slumber I felt cold, yet over heated as if there was a fire deep within my body bursting to get out. Once the grogginess cleared from mind I took in my surroundings. I knew this place like the back of my hand. It was mine and Alexandria's tree house hideout that we had built with our families when we were still very little. It was so familiar yet something was different about it. It seemed bigger than the small one room hideout that I remembered. There were also new furnishings as well as a heating source. It was quite strange. I had a slight urge to get up and explore, but I didn't want to get up from the nice comfy bed I was laying in. Now you'd think I'd be alarmed that I was in a bed in my old tree fort, but I wasn't because there just might have been a few changes that were made after I was sent away. After a few minutes of laying in silence all snuggled up in the blankets I smelled the scent of vanilla and cherries in the air. When I opened my eyes to look at the source I saw Alexandria standing at the other side of the bed holding two big plates of cherry pie and vanilla Ice cream. Which just so happens to be my favorite treat. All I could do was smile like a happy child when she asked me if I had a nice nap. When I was finally done smiling like a wierdo I decided to sit up so that she had some room to sit on the bed because I have a tendency to lay sprawled every which way if I'm super comfy.

After she sat down she handed me a plate. That's when I realized just how hungry I was because I tore into my delicious treat like it was going out of style. I was in such a rush to quell my hunger that I got the cherry filling and ice cream all over my face and even on my school clothes. All Alexandria did was giggle as she calmly ate her treat. I couldn't help but blush because I was eating like a little boy without manners in front her. It was quite the embarrassing moment. Again all she did was giggle at my reaction, but the most peculiar things are to come because when she went to wipe my face is when things became quite strange.
