Be realistic with your OC that means no you can't have extra level ups like full body Susanoo, no u can't have a full functional Rinnegan unless valid reason, you still have to go to the Hokage for missions, you can not be a godlike Naruto Sasuke, Kaguya, Madara etc, you all can't be siblings of Naruto so only two first come first serve and that's all characters, if you're a Hatake no Sharingan, valid reason for a summoning, no overpowered jutsu, no more then 10 Uchiha's first come first serve(Now 8)
4. No killing off characters unless you ask which if you feel uncomfortable commenting on it like this then please private message me
