The whole world changed that day. The lights went out, and the Internet shut down. But a place still stands in Washington; Alexandria.
Alexa Dixon was adopted by Deanna and her husband Reg. She was put into an orphanage when she was five years old, after her mother died, and he father left.
Deanna makes her feel happy again, gets her out of depression, but that's when shit hits the fan.
Everyone thought it was the end of the world. People were killing themselves on the streets, boarding up their windows, or going to the bigger cities for protection of the armed forces.
The Alexandrian's put up a wall to keep the 'roamers' out. Ever since that day, Alexa never went outside Alexandria, again; until a new group came in.
Alexa finds out that a new boy named Carl Grimes was in that group. And not to mention her long lost father.
More drama in Alexandria comes, when Rick wants to kill Pete, Alexa going out the walls, and a ridiculous love triangle, and many more typical apocalypse thangs.
After everything that's happened, you would think that Alexa would stay in the walls, but she just keeps on going out, and keeps discovering the new world that lies ahead.
